For my bridesmaids, I wanted an effortlessly cute look and allowed my girls complete freedom to pick their dresses. Michael and I met in college in 2015 and officially started dating in 2016. I knew I wanted a second dress because I LOVE weddinggowns, so I wouldve had as many as I could in the time allotted.
They became fast friends after first meeting at a Topaz Jones show in 2016 at Trans-Pecos in Queens. The bridesmaids wore designer Jenny Yoo in a mix of Whisper Blue gowns. Getting ready, the bridesmaids all wore Victoria’s Secret satin pajamas. The groomsmen all wore black tuxedos.

My parents visited Palmetto Bluff in 2016. They spoke often about how beautiful it was and told me that I should consider it as a wedding venue. My wedding dress was the second dress I tried on. Shopping for the wedding was such a privilege and so much fun. Painfully single at the time I laughed at the recommendation.
With sweet floral detail to match the gown, Darian chose a gorgeous cathedral length veil and Jimmy Choo heels to walk down the aisle in.[/field] The monks quarters were later turned into offices but the main church sat empty until it was renovated and opened as an event center in 2016. I tried to stray away from choosing extremely trendy elements, whether it be small details, color palettes, bridesmaids’ dresses, my hairstyle, and every detail in between. I opted for an optional black tie dress code, which fit the overall vision I had for the wedding perfectly. I loved how timeless and dressy they looked.
Fast forward to the summer of 2016, which is when we officially started dating. Theres actual photo evidence of Riley and me at age 10 tubing together which weve tried to recreate many times. During one of those trips to the lake, Riley and I developed middle-school crushes on each other that didnt go away even as we got older.
