Nicole and Joey’s original plan was to marry in October 2023 in Israel, where Nicole spent much of her childhood. Like many traditional UK weddings the dress code was black tie with a midnight finish, unlike the custom in Israel that would have seen them partying until the early hours!

Undeterred, they rescheduled their union for December 2, 2023, on the same beloved island of Boca Grande. Though the countdown from March 31, 2021, to December 2, 2023, felt longer than a double-overtime game, every moment was worth the wait. The 5-foot hanging floral installation over the bar was a statement piece in itself.
