He found The Black Tux and they ended up being fantastic quality suits with incredibly fast ordering time, so it was a no-brainer for us to choose them! The flowers were predominantly white with lots of green foliage; invitations and wedding breakfast were navy, white, and gold; bridesmaids’ dresses were emerald green, and groomsmen’s suits were midnight blue. Fortunately, we had access to the Jaguar E-type which we felt was the perfect match for the blacktie theme.
We wanted the aesthetic of the wedding to reflect the landscape and personality of Sea Island, as well as our own, so it was lots of bright color and cheeriness! Although we knew we wanted it to be a formal black-tie event, we still wanted it to be upbeat, bright, and not all too serious to reflect our personalities.
