Working with local Charleston floral designer, Festoon, a concoction of whimsical, organic florals were created for the wedding day. The bridal bouquet was kept modern and clean, featuring an all-white assortment of white and ivory peonies.

I envisioned petite floral bridesmaid bouquets to complement the styled mix of green, pink, and blue floral pastel dresses, that would also tie back to my bridal bouquet and the dcor accents sprinkled throughout the day.
The unique stationery suite set the tone for the event – from the moment guests received the lazer cut, letterpressed save the dates, they knew something memorable was in store for this wedding. The layering of colors, textures and smells continued throughout every detail over the course of the wedding weekend.

While the green arbor was beautiful, I wanted to bring in the elements of my bouquet to the space and Alexa created a beautiful arrangement of hydrangeas, roses, and amaranthus that hung above us. I wanted our weddingcake to be classic with a twist, so we opted for a square shape, and bas-relief details to tie in our theme.
The bride’s bouquet was a stunning mix of light orange dahlias, eucalyptus, yellow and peach garden roses, and bright red berries, expertly arranged by Sebastian Flowers, a florist renowned for his exquisite creations in Florence, Rome and Sicily. The moment their eyes met, Allan was utterly spellbound.

To add a personal touch, baby blue elements were woven into the centerpieces, arch, and bouquets. The color palette featured soft sunset pastels accentuated by vibrant pinks and oranges, creating a harmonious gradient with touches of ivory and cream.
A floral arch bursting with blooms enhanced the look of the ceremony and highlighted the bride and groom as “guests of honor” during the reception. Bouquets were also bloom-heavy and just a little bit wild, creating a refined yet organic look to enhance the group’s style.[/field]
Her selection of a chic look of roses, callas and candle filled tables added to her modern inspiration but also making it timeless and elegant look she would love for years to come. Her chose of a chic, all rose bouquet style for her bridesmaids also made a statement by pairing with the light blue bridesmaid dresses.
Each bridesmaid had a different colored shoe in line with the color palette (think velvet, burgundy, mustard, navy, green) and their bouquets had a matching silk ribbon. with ice cream for their guests, in addition to plated petite treats and beautiful weddingcake.[/field]
Together they created a vision that perfectly captured the couple’s style, with thoughtfulness in every single detail, from the custom-built trellis for the escort cards to the black and gold elements incorporated into the table settings to each individual flower selected for the unique centerpieces and bouquets.

The bridal and bridal party bouquets were built to be very cohesive and on the petite side. They allowed the various bridesmaids looks to shine through and not overwhelm the flowers. This was the opportunity to bring the Big Sur coastline into Carmel Valley and the Church.

The bride carried a full garden bouquet with flox, ranunculous, queen anne’s lace, garden roses, and lisianthus. The cake was ivory and had white flowers made from frosting. field] [field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The ceremony was officiated by Natalie’s brother.
One of the most special aspects of this gown was the removable sleeves, providing the Bride with two, seamlessly stunning looks between the Ceremony and Dinner Reception. The Bridal bouquet was “lush, organically composed bouquet consisting of premium cream and white blooms with hints of mauvey pinks and plum tones.

We wanted to soften the white structure and make it feel as though it had always been there so the florist, Blooming Bouquets , covered it in wispy greenery and soft white blooms. The large ceremony space was made even more intimate with the addition of a greenery and floral covered archway that guests and wedding party entered through.
The ceremony had two large planters on either side of the aisleway, small bouquets on every third chair going down the aisle tied with a white bow and a swag placed at the top of the arch we married under. field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] The bridesmaid dresses were by Dessy Group.
They used them in the cascading bridal bouquet complimented with phalaenopsis orchids as well as the asymmetric pillars for the ceremony. The chandeliers with the greenery arches across one communal table for their 70 guests was an impressive design filled with warm candle light and petite arrangements.
Working as the wedding’s signature blue, hydrangeas also made their way into table arrangements, which included a mix of smaller and larger floral bouquets. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The couple’s watercolor-inspired cake tied the evening together with an artistic blue swirl throughout each layer.[/field]
Smaller blooms in harmonious shades of purple and blue adorned everything from the ceremony arch to the bridal bouquet and the centerpieces on the dinner tables. The decor was further enhanced by white tablecloths featuring delicate blue floral patterns, complemented by lilac taper candles.

The bride’s bouquet featured a romantically lush oversized arrangement with creamy white, peach, blush, and pale blue flowers, accented with greenery for a timeless and elevated style. The bouquet was finished with silk ribbon streamers. Wristlets for mothers were crafted to match the bride’s bouquet.
Katie carried a bouquet of delicate feverfew daisies, and her bridesmaid carried a simple bouquet of white lilac. The meal was decadent, and wonderfully paced to incorporate ample time for conversation, laughter, toasting, and set to the ambiance of candlelight and live jazz music.
Holding small bouquets of white spray roses, they exuded not only beauty but also unwavering love and support for Connie. As the bride walked down the aisle she held a bouquet of roses, spray roses, garden roses, sweet peas, scabiosa, and orchids.
