Chef Juan Zavala at Mont La Salle kicked off the weekend with an incredible rehearsaldinner featuring some of our favorite dishes — salmon and risotto. The rehearsaldinner outfit was Tom Ford. The Bride & Bridesmaids carried a hand-tied bouquet of tulips. The rehearsaldinner included tropical foliage: Birds of Paradise, Palmetto, Areca Palm, and Monstera. It felt very romantic in contrast with my more modern slinky gown. Enough said. He was so right!
But they truly went above and beyond: one of the florists personally grew lantanas (the bride’s favorite flower) in her backyard to ensure the bride would have some in the bouquet! And the Fearrington team delivered time and time again! The team did a spectacular job of making every space feel luxurious, natural, and simply stunning.
Becuase each girl had a different dress, I asked Dellables for each bridesmaid to only have one singular flower type in their bouquet and to only use white flowers. For my something old, my mom gave me a broach that I wore on my bouquet of lily of the valley.
