At the end of the night, they would walk to the Arlington T station where the bride would get on the bus to go home and the groom would get on the train back to his apartment.
The bride changed into a remodeled wedding reception dress previously worn by the Bride’s mother, tailored by Delia’s Alterations in Nashville.[/field] The groom changed into a Western-Inspired suit from Sister Jane for the reception and wore a Roy Rogers bolo tie gifted by the bride’s deceased grandfather.

The Groom surprised his Bride by popping the question on one of their usual morning walks down by the lakeshore, with their young daughter and puppy by their side. field] [field title=”Wedding Cake”]An all white three tier masterpiece with delicate floral detailing inspired by the brides gown.
The bride was inspired by colors which could compliment and contrast with the tropical setting while maintaining a romantic Provence-like feel. Central to this vision was the art of duality. ” Named “The Masterpiece,” this gown certainly lives up to its name.
[section title=”The Planning”] [field title=”Wedding Colors”]Drawing inspiration from the bride’s artistic background, the color palette was thoughtfully curated to reflect her sophisticated aesthetic. Throughout the celebration space, the ethereal quality of Impressionist paintings came to life.
Veil : Galia La Hav – the bride added 3D lace flowers to the trim herself. After Party Dress: Oscar De La Renta Butterflies symbolize new beginnings – The bride fell in love with how delicate and playful it was, with each butterfly holding on to a tiny pearl – also a favorite.[/field]
The food was delicious, and reflected the taste buds of the bride and groom. Not only did they offer the classic shrimp and grits and carving station, but they also threw in individual, Chinese takeout boxes filled with the bride & grooms favorite noodle dish. The perfect cool-down after dancing the night away.[/field]
We really wanted a modern feel that spoke of quiet luxury – nothing too over the top that would take away from the rest of the design, and something we could see a real bride choosing who loves this kind of aesthetic. She also designed her welcome party dress, which was graciously gifted to her by Diane von Furstenberg. Inspired by the process of creating these two looks, she launched her bridal line, Seline Meisler, to offer brides high fashion options for their big day. The couple walked down the aisle to the beautiful sounds of a string trio.
The mother of the Bride and personal stylist, Cynthia Kelley, assisted Elizabeth, the bridesmaids, and even a few guests with styling tips and tricks!” The Father of the Bride’s favorite chocolate-King Size Cadbury Dairy Milk bars! This was such a sweet and thoughtful thank you from the Bride and Groom to all their guests.[/field]

This bride is deeply passionate about fashion and loves incorporating really cool structures and sculpture like details into everything she wears! Stephane Rolland is a designer that does just that with her wedding gowns! All the groomsmen wore a black bow tie and Chris, the groom, wore a white bow tie. ”, She said.

Alexandra and Jakes family friend, Kelcie Leines, designed their wedding monogram and the custom watercolor map as part of the invitation suite. There were special local beers that were specially chosen by our groom. The cake was made by Cake by Giraffe and looked identical to the plushy cartoon that is extra special to the groom and bride. All the food and drinks were provided by Savoury City, a caterer that focuses on seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms.
The bride and her parents worked hard to translate all of their guests names into Chinese. field] [field title=”Special Detail #2″]The grooms name is “Dessislav.” They danced to love songs from various parts of the world– Bulgaria, China, Argentina, as well. The back of the card had the table number.
field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]Sumner and Conrad’s wedding blossomed into a floral wonderland thanks to the artistry of RSG EventDesigns. The enchanting “Emmett Gown” she chose was a long, strapless off-white sheath gown that accentuated her grace and poise.

Using the Salamander Resort as the backdrop, the amazing Simply Chic wedding planning team created a design that had a free-flowing, breezy feel while also maintaining elevated, fashionable touches. The floral design used a wide variety of gorgeous shades of soft and vibrant pinks which gave a subtly feminine tone to the style.

The ceremony unfolded to the angelic strains of a live violin, weaving a melodic tapestry that flowed seamlessly into an opulent cocktail hour.
