[/field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] Classic Modern Architectural Romance with a touch of playful! Posey Pop created everything from lush, overflowing centerpieces to whimsical wild grasses and flora dotted throughout the ceremony aisles and headtable.
There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. The headtable was a beautiful BBJ La Tavola linen. The circle menu and place cards helped to incorporate the stationery and seating chart into the design. Events | Event Planning: Caitlin & Co.
For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table. For the headtable, we chose to create a simple greenery design for a natural touch and surrounded the front with plenty of tall floral arrangements. They had a tower of donut cake with a small special cake as the topper.
From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] The bride requested a romantic, elevated, and decadent celebration set at Dallas’ own local French chateau, with a whimsical twist to add some movement, life, and dimension to the day. .” We sought ivory & cream linens where we could play with textures.
The wine for the evening was generously donated by Chuck Wager of Caymus Vineyards and The Wager Family of Wines, he is a dear friend of the Grandparents of the Bride. They brought our vision to life perfectly, it was a design request from the start of planning and really set the tone for the reception.
But before you go all Runaway Bride regarding your DIY event planning, try taking this three-step approach to organize, plot and arrange your wedding seating chart. It won’t fix any dysfunctional family dynamics or make your uncle Tom any less weird, but it will help you get your wedding table plan done quickly and almost painlessly.
