It was a picturesque, modern-day “Father of the Bride” She wanted the vibe to be a romantic garden party with the feel of an intimate dinner party, but for 200 guests. She prepared a family style dinner to be served to each table, featuring the bride and groom’s favorite dishes.
The aisle was also filled with tall floral arrangements to create a dreamy and natural look to surround guests with florals. For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table. They had a tower of donut cake with a small special cake as the topper.
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. On the dining tables we went with classic garlands with pops of blooms on the long tables to tie in the greenery inside and went with stunning soft and whimsical centerpieces on the rounds.

The wine for the evening was generously donated by Chuck Wager of Caymus Vineyards and The Wager Family of Wines, he is a dear friend of the Grandparents of the Bride. The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. A beautiful mix from the garden, sea and land.

Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty. Opting for a six-tiered masterpiece, we incorporated elements from the bride’s dress into the design, along with delicate sugar flowers reflecting her floral palette and colors.

The bride stunned in her embroidered mini Zimmerman dress and the groom looked suave in his Suit Supply garb. I kept thinking back on wedding photos and the overall vibe aligning with classic brides like Jackie Kennedy and Grace Kelly. The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long headtable sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony.
The gals wanted to soak in all of the moments for her big day and decided to squeeze in a celebratory toast before heading down the hall for her fathers firstlook and firstlook with her groom! Fathers FirstLook A father’s firstlook is always so fun to experience, just look at this reaction!
This created such a simple and elegant vibe that flattered our already stunning Bride! This look was completed by a beautiful gold head band, necklace, and earrings. Here we see Mother of the Bride Christen zipping up Maddie’s dress moments before the ceremony. Your mom always has your back.literally.
Aysia was looking for something sparkly, floral, and mermaid-style cut. For the dance party, the bride wore a halter style short empire waist tulle and feather dress custom made by friend and dress designer Kristi Vosbeck, paired with Alexander McQueen crystal embellished leather sneakers to make it more comfortable and fun.
