She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable. Cheri has an amazing eye for design and instantly understood my vision.
And at every sister’s wedding, they wanted a headtable to be able to share their first married meal with their family! The headtable had place settings set with Heidi’s mother’s china! Jennie Weller Catering and Events truly rose to the occasion and gave Heidi the wedding feast of her dreams!
It was a picturesque, modern-day “Father of the Bride” She wanted the vibe to be a romantic garden party with the feel of an intimate dinner party, but for 200 guests. She prepared a family style dinner to be served to each table, featuring the bride and groom’s favorite dishes.
While our groom described himself as a “Jeans and a T-Shirt” type of guy, our bride loved all things rich textures, velvet, and dressing up which led us to a day where casual & comfortable met formal & fancy.

There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. The headtable was a beautiful BBJ La Tavola linen. field] [field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The bride and groom chose to write private vows to one another which were spoken during a first touch.[/field]
It was now Mary’s turn to be the bride. The headtable at this vibrant wedding was a stunning display of creativity and color, featuring a delightful mix of bright garden florals and elegant orchids, complemented by playful touches of pineapples and bananas.
The bride’s favorite flowers, Ranunculus & white tulips, were incorporated throughout the wedding florals. The headtable was the focal point of the reception flowers featured a lush table runner of florals, greenery & taper candles. A wedding planner turned bride!
For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table. For the headtable, we chose to create a simple greenery design for a natural touch and surrounded the front with plenty of tall floral arrangements. They had a tower of donut cake with a small special cake as the topper.
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. On the dining tables we went with classic garlands with pops of blooms on the long tables to tie in the greenery inside and went with stunning soft and whimsical centerpieces on the rounds.

The wine for the evening was generously donated by Chuck Wager of Caymus Vineyards and The Wager Family of Wines, he is a dear friend of the Grandparents of the Bride. Our bride was heavily inspired by IG influencer, Champagne & Chanel’s wedding where the flowers were the focal point and having that true romantic, femininity come through was important. 6 other round tables flanked the headtable with sweet low centerpieces and more candles. He was also adorned in flowers!

Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty. Opting for a six-tiered masterpiece, we incorporated elements from the bride’s dress into the design, along with delicate sugar flowers reflecting her floral palette and colors.

Florist Mallory Joyce exceeded expectations, bringing their vision to life with organic designs that mimicked the natural growth of flowers in their surroundings.

For their headtable, they used the long wood hairpin tables from Beltane Ranch (they fit 20 people each) topped with colorful florals and gray tile table numbers. For the guest tables, they used the round tables included with the Beltane Ranch wedding rental fee. Thank you so much for everything! ”
I once had a bride whom had 3 children and each child had a color and they also poured sand into a vessel to make them feel included it was very special to to tie them altogether as a family unit. Some of my clients want it displayed on the headtable at their reception. What do you do with the sand after the ceremony?
Cassie/bride: Shortly after getting engaged, I found a photoshoot that my florist Deb (From Peonies to Paintchips) had done for New Jersey Bride-it was the custom “picture frame” with all of the florals around it that would soon become my future alter/ceremony spot. We recreated it and applied it to the entire venue.
