While our groom described himself as a “Jeans and a T-Shirt” type of guy, our bride loved all things rich textures, velvet, and dressing up which led us to a day where casual & comfortable met formal & fancy.

There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. The headtable was a beautiful BBJ La Tavola linen. field] [field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]The bride and groom chose to write private vows to one another which were spoken during a first touch.[/field]
All our wedding flowers were mostly white, with subtle touches of light blue & greenery. The bride’s favorite flowers, Ranunculus & white tulips, were incorporated throughout the wedding florals. Not only was she a bride, but she also planned & designed every detail of this wedding day!
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

Her reception dress, by designer Lela Rose, was also her rehearsal dinner dress, “I loved it so much I had to wear it again” said the bride.[/field] field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bride’s sister, who was also the Maid of Honor, selected the blush pink bridesmaids gowns from Bellas Bridesmaids.

Peach and creamy whites were the hero colors, with shade variations of the others to add dimension and vibrancy to the overall wedding. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Guests absolutely loved it!
The wine for the evening was generously donated by Chuck Wager of Caymus Vineyards and The Wager Family of Wines, he is a dear friend of the Grandparents of the Bride. Our bride was heavily inspired by IG influencer, Champagne & Chanel’s wedding where the flowers were the focal point and having that true romantic, femininity come through was important. 6 other round tables flanked the headtable with sweet low centerpieces and more candles.

Inspired by Grace Kelly, Cara searched for a dress with fine lace details and delicate sleeves. The lace on the dress and roses complement the namesake of the venue. Rehearsal Dinner Dress: Cara’s rehearsal dinner dress was her mother’s weddingdress, reconstructed and reimagined by Lovellfaye.
The aim was to create an elegant wedding celebration that was chic and eclectic with both traditional and contemporary French touches! field] [field title=”Proposal Story”] For the bride’s birthday, the groom said they’d be visiting Paris! For the ceremony, a natural floral border led the bride down the aisle.
The wedding party then shuttled down to Forge in the Forest in Carmel-by-the-Sea, a Clint Eastwood hang out spot, for the welcome party. The bride stunned in her embroidered mini Zimmerman dress and the groom looked suave in his Suit Supply garb. She trusted her friends to choose their own dresses. I look so cool!”

The dress is worn with Aquazurra meteorite iridescent PVC and crystal embellished sandals. The lining inside the cream-colored jacket was custom-printed with their wedding monogram and paired with black velvet-trimmed tuxedo pants. Coffee cups and croissant cufflinks were designed as a gift from the bride by Yingia Puk of New York.
