We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. We had round tables throughout for our guests with a white Chivari chair.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] The shimmering bridesmaids’ gowns were designed by Alfred Sung and sourced from Dessy Group. The one-shouldered, champagne satin trumpet gowns accentuated each bridesmaid’s feminine silhouette while still looking chic and modern. Guests absolutely loved it!

We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]My bridesmaids dresses were from Show Me Your Mumu and I chose the champagne color to go with our wedding theme.[/field]
Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool.[/field]
The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. Her fun reception dress was Carolina Herrera from Bergdorf Goodman. They brought our vision to life perfectly, it was a design request from the start of planning and really set the tone for the reception.
I tried to stray away from choosing extremely trendy elements, whether it be small details, color palettes, bridesmaids’ dresses, my hairstyle, and every detail in between. field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] My bridesmaid’s dresses were designed by Amsale. I loved how timeless and dressy they looked.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bridesmaids dresses are by Show me your mumu and we decided on a timeless, elegant gold satin dress that complimented the venue. We decided on a long gold mirrored headtable for the welcome party and family surrounded by round tables in the courtyard.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Groomsmen wore shades of Navy to play into the bright and colorful day and compliment the bridesmaids lighter toned dresses.[/field] field] [field title=”Special Detail #3″] From the couple : We’re so happy that we decided on doing a firstlook.
For the Headtable we will order velvet linens and design a living arrangement down the entire center of the table with brass candlesticks. Suspended crystal chandeliers above the center of the headtable, adorned with delicate florals. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.
To customize her look she added off-the-shoulder sleeves with three-dimensional lace, reflected throughout the gown’s design. Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests.
As a sweet detail, she kept some of the extra fabric after alterations to cut into bows as a part of her bridesmaid gifts that she gave her ladies at the rehearsal dinner![/field] Placing them in areas like the headtable, cake table and DJ booth. Permalink | Comments | Add to del.icio.us

Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] Because my dress had such an intricate floral appliqué pattern to it, I wanted my bridesmaids to be in something without a pattern. I had never felt so beautiful in my entire life, and everyone at the wedding was raving about my gorgeous and unique dress!
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]Kali asked her bridesmaids to wear floral pastels, either as midi or full length styles. field] [field title=”Special Detail #3″]Special guests of the headtable received hand painted shells with their names on them, adding a beautiful coastal touch to the tablescape.[/field]
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. I wore Sam Edelman shoes and completed my look with earrings and hair clip, gifted by my grandmother and passed through generations of our family.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bride had twelve bridesmaids, and they each have their own unique sense of style. They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the headtable. They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes.
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
