We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.

Bridesmaids were dressed in the color palette of camel, leather, dijon, soft rose, and deep green carrying bouquets with single stems that matched their dresses and wrapped in denim as a nod to both the groom’s style and our bride’s middle name “Jean.”

The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. Her fun reception dress was Carolina Herrera from Bergdorf Goodman. They brought our vision to life perfectly, it was a design request from the start of planning and really set the tone for the reception.

Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. To customize her look she added off-the-shoulder sleeves with three-dimensional lace, reflected throughout the gown’s design. Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests.
For the Headtable we will order velvet linens and design a living arrangement down the entire center of the table with brass candlesticks. Suspended crystal chandeliers above the center of the headtable, adorned with delicate florals. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.

We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. The Mixology by Melissa team ensured the cocktails were personal to us and an experience all on their own.

” – Taylor[/field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]”For my bridesmaids I wanted to give them silhouette options so that everyone felt comfortable in what they were wearing. Their cake was a spectacular six layers with floral cascade that mimicked the cascades on the headtable.
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
Bridal bouquet white garden roses, peonies , tweedia , stock and delphinium Reception – Dining Cabanas the headtable dining cabanas were designed with a lush overhead floral installation of white orchids & botanical foliages and vines dripping over the tables.
A band stage floating on heavenly hydrangea clouds, a curtain of tulips draped behind the headtable and a collection of carefully placed cherub statues had her well versed, NYC wedding guests gasping once they settled into their seats. My other bridesmaids went with different textures of sage dresses. Talk about stress.

Anything that I could have dream up in my head was right in front of me, so we just built upon it from the pocket gardens on the headtable to the greenery attached to all of the existing bistro lights. Tip: ask bridesmaids to save the extra fabric from alterations so it can be used on wedding day.
