’ We started the weekend by having a small catholic ceremony with just our families — followed by a family dinner. We had our rehearsal dinner, a welcome party, a morning walk with the bride, the reception, and brunch. I wanted a dress that fit me and the setting of a tented wedding in Vermont.

I was one of the last brides to wear a Carolina wedding dress, given she stopped doing bridal! We wanted it to be evocative of summer! The groomsmen all wore matching ties in the same color scheme.
