In a heartwarming scene that captured the essence of family and unity, Alexander was gently guided down the aisle by the bride’s three maids of honor and closest friends, each pushing his white Mercedes car adorned with delicate flowers.
Bridesmaid Avreeta + groomsman Mike walked away from that wedding with some serious butterflies. Avreeta found her shimmering gold and crystal embellished Indian bridal gown and dupatta at Mirage by SAMAR on a special shopping trip with her mom, maid of honor, and aunts. This beading!
For my bridesmaids, I wanted an effortlessly cute look and allowed my girls complete freedom to pick their dresses. I had such a fun time dress shopping in my hometown of El Paso with my mom, my best friend, and Maid of Honor, Jackie, and Jackies mom. We really wanted people to feel free to show up and show out.

The bridesmaids wore designer Jenny Yoo in a mix of Whisper Blue gowns. The Maid of Honors wore Bec & Bridge, Sabrina Musayev & Michelle Mason. Getting ready, the bridesmaids all wore Victoria’s Secret satin pajamas. The groomsmen all wore black tuxedos.

We began the day at Alexandra’s family home, along a willow-lined drive with the bride’s mom, sister in law and maid of honor, and 3 sweet nieces as they helped the bride into her gorgeous Mira Zwillinger gown. [section title=”The Planning”] [field title=”Wedding Colors”] The design started to develop quickly after the venue was selected and really when Sarah found the perfect Maid of Honor dress- pink and patterned. Sarah’s bridesmaids wore mix matched pink dresses and the florals were full shades of red!
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bridesmaids wore different designs by Show Me Your Mumu to complement their figures, but all in the same soft light blue tones to match the summer sky. The maid of honor wore a white dress with a blue floral pattern to stand out among the other ladies.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] Liz chose the Dessy Group for her (six!) Maids of Honor dresses because they have such a range of gorgeous quality gowns in different styles. It added just the right amount of whimsy and “fancifulness” (in Liz’s mom’s words) while still being classy and timeless.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]I wanted to stray away from the standard matching bridesmaid dresses. It was really important to me that all of my bridesmaids felt comfortable and beautiful in their dresses and were able to dance the night away! It felt simple, elegant, and easy to dance in!
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”] The perfectly coordinated bridesmaids, in their black dresses, were guided by the maids of honor in their champagne dresses.

My brother walked my mother down the aisle.
Our hope was to incorporate coastal blues with pops of color and texture through florals, patterned table linens, rattan lanterns, and mix-matched bridesmaid dresses.[/field] My sister and maid of honor wore the Ruby Twist halter gown by BHLDN. My sister and matron of honor wore the Chelsea gown by Sachin and Bibi.
