Bridesmaids were dressed in the color palette of camel, leather, dijon, soft rose, and deep green carrying bouquets with single stems that matched their dresses and wrapped in denim as a nod to both the groom’s style and our bride’s middle name “Jean.”
Every bridesmaid was able to choose which dress fit their preferences the best to ensure that everyone felt beautiful. The headtable at this vibrant wedding was a stunning display of creativity and color, featuring a delightful mix of bright garden florals and elegant orchids, complemented by playful touches of pineapples and bananas.

Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool. One installation in particular featured wild riverbank grapevine, crafted into an oversized structure that was placed on the kitchen island.

Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. We wanted the wedding to be timeless, elegant, and romantic. Plus, the venue is beautiful with many colorful plants and trees. We wanted to compliment the beauty of the venue and not compete with it. For years, every vacation was spent in Cabo.
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.

The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. Will had every detail planned for the moment.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]Sarahs maid of honor wore a white stain floor length dress with a blue floral pattern from Revelry.[/field] The headtable was also a showstopper, adorned with a stunning long and low arrangement that traversed the entire length of the table.
We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]My bridesmaids dresses were from Show Me Your Mumu and I chose the champagne color to go with our wedding theme.[/field]

The one-shouldered, champagne satin trumpet gowns accentuated each bridesmaid’s feminine silhouette while still looking chic and modern. It was a fantastic evening.”

Since it was also spring in Florida we had a light, spring inspired color palet with a few unique chic features like mirrored tables, a mirror seating chart, and chandeliers in the trees. We decided on a long gold mirrored headtable for the welcome party and family surrounded by round tables in the courtyard.
My bridesmaids all choose their own unique dresses with the simple direction of something blue. The custom green-pattern dance floor was a last minute addition recommendation of my wedding planner ( Katie Ryan ) that not only complimented and unified the colors and details of the tent but also became the stunning focal point.

I tried to stray away from choosing extremely trendy elements, whether it be small details, color palettes, bridesmaids’ dresses, my hairstyle, and every detail in between. First, I did not want people to be able to tell in which year we were married. Second, I did not want to pick details seen on repeat at other events.

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.

The morning of the proposal, Ryan and Nina planned to take a walk along the Seine and visit the Eiffel Tower before heading to the Jardin du Luxembourg. They took a detour down one of the walkways along the river when Nina suddenly saw a little glass table with a bouquet and champagne. The headtable was definitely the stand out!
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. The Mixology by Melissa team ensured the cocktails were personal to us and an experience all on their own. What we didn’t expect to find was our person.
