Heidi Gave us these descriptives for her dream day: Garden Party, Grandmillennial, great good, fun reception atmosphere![/field] When guests entered the reception they were greeted by servers in blue aprons holding moss trays with margaritas in custom mini parton bottles! To end the night, they passed French Fries on the dance floor!
For the reception, she removed the bolero and added, in its place, a playful touch with a charming pearl “party bow![/field] field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bridesmaids’ dresses were from Smith & Quinn, featuring their beautiful Zinnia Love print.
field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]They went with an olive green variety of dresses to match the ballroom. The color blocking around the reception tied all of the headtable greenery in! field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]Florals were over the top since spring was the theme.
Bridesmaids were dressed in the color palette of camel, leather, dijon, soft rose, and deep green carrying bouquets with single stems that matched their dresses and wrapped in denim as a nod to both the groom’s style and our bride’s middle name “Jean.”
Danielle also changed into a gorgeous sparkly, form fitting gown for the reception.[/field] field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bridesmaids wore a variety of solid blue dresses with ruffled textures and patterned blue and white dresses from Revelry and Show Me Your Mumu.
Every bridesmaid was able to choose which dress fit their preferences the best to ensure that everyone felt beautiful. The headtable at this vibrant wedding was a stunning display of creativity and color, featuring a delightful mix of bright garden florals and elegant orchids, complemented by playful touches of pineapples and bananas.

This verdant pathway, brimming with life and beauty, will not only serve as a memorable element of the ceremony, but will also be repurposed as a gift to grace the entrance of the reception, continuing its role in enhancing the event’s overall aesthetics. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.

Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. The flowers really tied together the entire wedding design. We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.

Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests. Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. To customize her look she added off-the-shoulder sleeves with three-dimensional lace, reflected throughout the gown’s design.

Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty.

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. They departed from a boat launch at Crocker Park, crossed the harbor by boat, and arrived at their cocktail reception.

To kick off the open bar reception, the bride and groom poured bottles of Moët & Chandon into their champagne tower! The headtable was definitely the stand out!

We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love.
