From the rich greenery to the blush petals mimicking the sunset to the rich navy of my bridesmaids gowns paying homage to the water, each choice was made to organically highlight the beauty of our surroundings and the hearts of those in attendance.[/field] The piped icing was also designed to match the magnolia pattern on my dress and veil.[/field]

Each bridesmaid had a different colored shoe in line with the color palette (think velvet, burgundy, mustard, navy, green) and their bouquets had a matching silk ribbon.

A special moment occurred when the band honored Emilys parents by playing their weddingsong, celebrating their 43rd anniversary that same weekend.[/field] field] [field title=”Special Detail #1″]Emily and Daniels wedding was a heartfelt celebration of their shared passion for language and etymology.

field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]I wanted each girl to be in something that they felt comfortable in, so they got to pick whatever style they wanted. All the classic weddingsongs & our band was INSANE!!! Requirements: all in something different, and all floor length. They crushed it!!!
[/field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bride knew from the start she did not want her girls in typical bridesmaid dresses. The bridesmaids were quite nervous about the whole idea, and kept asking the bride for more guidance, but everyone’s leap of faith played out on the big day.
Greg wore a beautiful linen suit from Reiss, paired with Ferragomo loafers and for the wedding day, he went with a classic Tom Ford tuxedo, David Yurman cufflinks and Paul Stuart tuxedo slippers.[/field] Under the bloom-covered arch, we swayed to the music, gazing into each other eyes, with the picturesque Luberon as our backdrop.
The groomsmen suits were custom Alton Lane suits and the bridesmaids wore Monique Lhouillier. The Eleven band tweaked the wording the classic weddingsong to fit Jen and Tylan perfectly! This wasn’t the only special song of the night. Even Ralph, Jen and Tylan’s golden retriever, got his own custom bowtie and leash!

I worked with our DJ to extend the instrumental beginning to be long enough for the wedding party to walk, and then I started walking down when the beat picked up.
Riley opened up a bottle of our favorite wine and put on what eventually became our weddingsong before getting down on one knee. We went out on the boat for a sunset cruise, which is one of our favorite things to do. I couldnt have asked for a more meaningful moment to capture our relationship so perfectly.
