Catering was provided by Tres LA Catering and featured a variety of beautifully arranged appetizers like flank steak skewers with chimichurri, spicy tuna over crispy rice, and balsamic roasted vegetables.

We wanted the design of the ceremony to look like a Mexico City courtyard. We wanted a tres leches cake (a tradition in marcos family) but we weren’t able to have that kind of cake make in the shape I wanted with multiple tiers, so we had quakenbush design a cake cake and then had our caterer served tres leches dessert cups and churros![/field]
