The Mexican cuisine served by Paradise Catering was an ode to Matthew’s heritage. The Black Tux also made it easy for groomsmen to order their tuxedos and accessories all in one place. They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the head table. They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes.

Alex’s groomsmen were suited up in the same navy/royal blue colored suit with a champagne gold tie and a pink boutonnière to tie them in with the ladies. Our head-table featured the same poofs we utilized for the ceremony, giving it the drama it needs sitting in front of the Clementine historic organ.

PRO TIP: To save money purchase your own liquor (for example at Costco or BevMo) rather than have the caterer provide it for you. A good starting point is $175 per person for food, service, and kitchen equipment that the caterer needs. For the guest tables, they used the round tables included with the Beltane Ranch wedding rental fee.
