The groomsmen coordinated everything through an online portal, ensuring all pieces were accounted for without any hassle. I highly recommend them.[/field]

The Mexican cuisine served by Paradise Catering was an ode to Matthew’s heritage. The Black Tux also made it easy for groomsmen to order their tuxedos and accessories all in one place. They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the headtable. They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes.
The headtable was the focal point of the reception flowers featured a lush table runner of florals, greenery & taper candles. The dress was “Harper Gown” in the color steel blue stretch! They were slim fit with a tied bow across the chest!

The groom’s tuxedo was custom made in Boston and the groomsmen rented similar looking tuxedos from Jos. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The groom and groomsmen wore classic black tuxes to compliment the classic feel of the wedding. We found an amazing local caterer who helped us choose dishes that were very “us” and incorporated our love of Asian flavors with classic Californian food.
The groomsmen did their part by adding some emerald green in their ties. Wedding Reception Details Moving into the reception we see the stunning arch used for the ceremony repurposed to the headtable. the florals on the headtable included matching blush roses, ranunculus, and eucalyptus.
Alex’s groomsmen were suited up in the same navy/royal blue colored suit with a champagne gold tie and a pink boutonnière to tie them in with the ladies. Our head-table featured the same poofs we utilized for the ceremony, giving it the drama it needs sitting in front of the Clementine historic organ.
PRO TIP: To save money purchase your own liquor (for example at Costco or BevMo) rather than have the caterer provide it for you. A good starting point is $175 per person for food, service, and kitchen equipment that the caterer needs. For the guest tables, they used the round tables included with the Beltane Ranch wedding rental fee.
