We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, head table “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.

Wedding food was provided by Shoals Club. The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the head table of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. Salt Harbor nailed it.

I wanted to stay consistent with a red-based theme, which she layered throughout the room on the head family table with a natural runner and some gorgeous taper candles mixed throughout, as well as a mix of compotes, bud vases, and candles throughout the room. It was a high low (mini dress from the front, and a long train in the back). We also knew that we wanted one VERY LONG head table where we were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family — one long table with about 50 people & it was PERFECT! Fun, flirty and a little unexpected!
