To cap off the night, we surprised our guests with a late-night treat from Chick-fil-A, which was a big hit and added a playful touch to our reception. Given the areas strong shrimping industry, the entree included shrimp and grits alongside short rib for a true Southern flair. The couple had an assortment of beautiful cakes!
Cru Catering also designed a fabulous raw bar oyster display to bring in the culture of the coast. Once the guests took their seats at the reception, they enjoyed traditional bread service and a Southern Arugula Salad with a Honey-Sherry Vinaigrette. She traveled from Birmingham to Charleston for this wedding.
SoHo Catering & Consulting executed a plated dinner service, which included a delicious filet mignon or a pistachio and herb crusted salmon. The next area that was something they knew would elevate their ceremony & reception was rented chairs. One part of the reception they were most excited about was the martini room.
