Saving the cake - if you want to save the top tier of the cake make sure that your venue/catering know and it’s on the details so that they have this confirmed. Dietary requirements - that all your suppliers catering your wedding are across dietaries including your own - yes couples sometimes forget about themselves.

Remember to feed your supplier team - ask them if they require a meal for their service - eg photographer, videographer, musician, coordinator, photo booth attendant etc usually require a meal so make sure you pop this in your budget. Check to see if they have any dietary requirements and let your catering team know.
