She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable.
With the help of Claudia and Pamela (our amazing wedding planners), we were able to make the vision come to life. Our biggest splurge on the wedding day was the flowers! Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. The flowers really tied together the entire wedding design.
We were then surprised by an engagement party with both of our families, who flew in and came together as a surprise to celebrate our love. Our floral arrangements included a mix of tall centerpieces, delicate bud vases, and a striking long arrangement for the 32-person headtable, offering visual interest and variety.
Every detail, from the florals to the personal touches, reflected Sarah’s vision of a chic and understated celebration that still felt warm and inviting.[/field] When last-minute rainstorms rolled in, the Potomac Point Winery team effortlessly adapted, transforming the ceremony into an intimate indoor celebration.

This created a fully immersive and romantic setting that enveloped guests from the first moment of the celebration.

One over the headtable & one over the incredible dancing area. He proposed here and when we entered CSK, all of our friends and family were there to celebrate. For the reception space, bunches of tulips lined the two headtables bring a feeling of organic elegance. The bridesmaids bouquets, a handful of tulips were a foreshadowing of the evening to come.
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. For this, we had two empty seats in our family sections with custom designed signage by the talented Something Lettered team that brought their spirits to the celebration.
We ultimately wanted the focus of the day to be on the marriage of Allie and Chris and gathering all of their favorite people in one place to celebrate them. They celebrated with champagne and brunch on the beach. Lots of happy tears were shed and they were so excited to start thinking about wedding planning.[/field]
The custom green-pattern dance floor was a last minute addition recommendation of my wedding planner ( Katie Ryan ) that not only complimented and unified the colors and details of the tent but also became the stunning focal point. A large, bold pattern that brought the entire design together.

I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. I wore my grandma’s vintage clip on earrings that my mom wore on her wedding day. And I picked a floral Monique Lhuillier wedding dress to go with my love of all things colorful and romantic.”[/field]
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. This created an unforgettable and enchanting transition between the ceremony and the celebration.
[/field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] The overall look and feel of Nina and Ryan’s stylish wedding in Paris was inspired by the traditional romantic musical film “Funny Face,” fine art French Renaissance paintings, and the iconic city of Paris itself. We definitely wanted florals to be a main statements throughout the celebration and they were lush and overflowing. You can experience and be so unimaginably sad and also celebrate one of the best days of your life. My wedding dress was the second dress I tried on. ” That night both of our faces hurt from smiling.
