THE LOW-DOWN Katie and Brian had a romantic Disney micro wedding at the Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek in the early days of March. The happy couple traveled to Orlando from Lexington, Kentucky to celebrate their special day with their loved ones. Then they capped off their celebration with a viewing of Disney’s fireworks.
Some of the ways the couple included their wedding colors were through their ivory and blue attire, their ivory and gold wedding stationery, and their ivory and dusty blue floral. Even their white and gold weddingcake with touches of dusty blue in the florals added to the overall look. Jumping the broom!
The couple ultimately wanted their wedding to be a reflection of who they are and their relationship. The bright colors infused a playful, joyous spirit into the event, celebrating their love and a life in full color. The warmth of Hawaiian hospitality can be felt in the tropical custom details and timeless island setting.
The merging of two worlds and seeing our favorite people become friends (and family) throughout a weekend-long celebration was something we dreamed about. After visiting San Miguel in 2022, we fell in love with the citys stunning architecture, amazing food, and warm hospitality. Funfetti was very much a nostalgic flavor choice for us.
