Find: Jewelry Boxes Deal: 50% off until December 4 th These velvet boxes are another sweet option for wedding party gifts, but we love the idea of using them to hold your rings for your ceremony—we love the zipper for added security there! These would look so cool on a bar, on a headtable, or even to give a bathroom a glow up!
Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool.[/field] Each centerpiece was crafted with such intention, and no two were alike.
A ceremony aisle foraged from wild grasses and flora with woven chairs and natural elements played created an environment that felt elevated yet at home. Posey Pop created everything from lush, overflowing centerpieces to whimsical wild grasses and flora dotted throughout the ceremony aisles and headtable.
Unique seating arrangements and unexpected entertainment kept everyone engaged, ensuring that the day was not just a ceremony, but a joyful adventure. The low centerpieces burst with vivid blooms and zesty citrus accents, enhanced by graceful taper candles nestled in glass cylinders, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. It truly took guest’s breath away and we saw tons of guests taking photos in front of it after the ceremony. Assorted pink goblets brought a touch of playfulness to the settings.
Although the venue is gorgeous with high ceilings and a ton of character lending to its history, we wanted to turn it into a garden vibe and create that WOW moment both when walking into ceremony and then again after the room turn, when seeing the reception decked out in white and textural details.[/field]
Centerpieces were a mix of floral bouquets in ceramic footed vases, and wooden lodge lanterns nested in greenery. The headtable was a lively mix of colorful tapered candles in glass hurricanes, sprigs of greenery, and bud vases. The cloud like, romantic dress was a big inspiration for the dreamy, airy vision for my wedding day.
For the ceremony, this meaningful moment was floral-focused and built into and around the existing gardens and pergola of Green Market. For the reception, round tables with varying linens, aligned in alternating directions, created one grand headtable.

The ceremony arch was anchored by filled wicker baskets and fresh lemons spilling out on the ground. Freshly potted plants in terracotta pots were also introduced as part of the centerpieces, along with fresh slices of lemons. The whole room was so fragrant! Permalink | Comments | Add to del.icio.us

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Bridal bouquet white garden roses, peonies , tweedia , stock and delphinium Reception – Dining Cabanas the headtable dining cabanas were designed with a lush overhead floral installation of white orchids & botanical foliages and vines dripping over the tables.
I had been to one spectacular wedding where the ceremony was held in San Francisco City Hall and knew that we had to tour it for our special day. I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, headtable runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements.
It was a massive undertaking: 240 guests at each location, 2 venue relocations, 6 or 7 floor plan revisions, 2-flips of the event space from ceremony to reception, multiple rental teams, complex production and logistics, and over 8 load-ins per venue. We had stagehands start on the band stage and the floral team start on the ceremony stage.
Fewer guests mean fewer meals and drinks you are paying for, fewer dinner tables so you don’t need as many centerpieces, and fewer rentals (like the chairs) to pay for. Our clients want the ceremony to be outside, the food to be outstanding, and the dance parties to be epic. It’s simple math and can really add up.
Their ceremony took place on the front lawn, showcasing the Mansion as their backdrop. Floral and crystal chandeliers hung above the dance floor, and a mix of high and low centerpieces kept flowers in everyones eyesight. Their wedding invitation was gorgeous, complete with gold wax seals.
