The dinner featured a 4 course meal with multiple pastas, and the traditional millefoglie for the weddingcake. Guests marveled as they watched the chefs make the cake and then celebrate with the couple. Gold chargers, pale green linens, custom menus, and floral centerpieces lined the table.
field] [field title=”WeddingCake”] Kim and Chris chose an exquisite all-white pice monte for their weddingcake. Decorated with cascading white flowers, the cake was both a stunning visual centerpiece and a delicious treat, perfectly aligned with the days elegant and romantic aesthetic.
During cocktail hour, petite arrangements in the wedding’s color palette adorned the cocktail tables, adding a touch of floral elegance. For the dining tables, low and elongated centerpieces continued the garden theme, featuring white full-petal florals and delicate foliage.
During the wedding reception in the Sala degli Specchi, peach candles burned in crystal candle holders amongst abundant flower arrangements serving as table centers, crystal glasses and gold utensils sparkling in the candlelight. Guests were invited to step outside for the cake-cutting moment, accompanied by a dazzling fireworks show.
Yellows and pinks were the colors they loved to pop into the centerpieces and all of the floral arrangements. Specifically, the table centerpieces, the cannery entrance, and the furniture/decor were unique and individualized based on their wedding style and vibe. They wanted their flowers to be brighter, and vibrant.
Reception – Centerpieces all the centerpieces were designed in ceramic white compote vases with lush blooms of white garden roses, lisianthus, stock, tulips, ranunculus , light blue hydrangeas and delphinium.

She was originally looking at venues in Italy and fell in love with Flora Farms for the centerpiece “mission-style barn”. The couple swiftly delved into wedding planning, opting for a destinationwedding to curate an intimate affair. The bride had a vision in her head – she wanted it to feel old-world.
To pair with the couples’ timeless, warm and romantic theme, centerpieces of each table were filled with all flowers and no greenery- ivory, toffee and white roses, preserved bunny tail, and bleached italian ruscus. Serena & Joe’s fathers wore delicate boutonnieres with white ranunculus and touches of greenery.

The grooms boutonniere was a single phalaenopsis orchid.
Classic centerpieces filled with white blooms added texture to the reception space and bud vases were used to add simple elegance to cocktail hour. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The simple but chic 2-tier weddingcake was a design piece featuring vertical lines, texture, and a raw edge topped with white florals.
For their indoor reception, we went minimal, yet impactful, by adding a few linen tables to pair well with the venue’s rustic tables adorned with stunning green centerpieces. So, we went with the old classics and used the venue’s existing wine barrels and covered them in lush greenery as a fantastic greeting for our guests.
They hired Palms Weddings & Events to help them bring their destinationwedding vision to life. They wanted to touch on spring in Cabo, keeping the vibe bright and colorful yet still soft and romantic for their intimate wedding.
I ordered fresh flowers from India like lotus flowers, jasmine flower garlands, fuschia rose petals and marigolds for the ceremony and my Dad grew the flowers for the larger pots and centerpieces. We also had a lot of children attend our wedding so it gave them an exciting experience as well![/field]
