For the reception centerpieces, we chose to alternate a few different floral designs that all felt cohesive. The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long head table sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony.

I initially pictured a round centerpiece, however, Tantawan Bloom’s team recommended a square one, and it was perfect. We developed the centerpieces on mirror bases, used acrylic poles to stabilize the centerpiece, and then added bud vases of dahlias, roses, and ranunculus to add a touch of softness to a modern design.

In the ballroom, our goal was to create a dynamic atmosphere with high and low centerpieces adorned with crystal glass elements. Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the head table, commanding attention with its sheer beauty.

Floral and crystal chandeliers hung above the dance floor, and a mix of high and low centerpieces kept flowers in everyone’s eyesight. The ceremony arch moved behind the head table to display the couple’s custom neon sign, helping the night transition from wedding to dance party!

I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, head table runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements. We chose gold accents throughout including chairs and table number signs.

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the head table featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.

Our head-table featured the same poofs we utilized for the ceremony, giving it the drama it needs sitting in front of the Clementine historic organ. Small bouquets were used to scale the length of the head-table below the tall poufs. Our centerpieces were beautiful and bright, bringing so much light into Clementine.
