Manali Anne Photography The three biggest ways to save money on a Sonoma or Napa wedding Limit your guest size One of the easiest and most effective ways to reduce your costs is by lowering your guest count. I’m Lindsey Nickel and I’m a local Sonoma and Napa weddingplanner and the owner of Lovely Day Events.
I initially pictured a round centerpiece, however, Tantawan Bloom’s team recommended a square one, and it was perfect. We developed the centerpieces on mirror bases, used acrylic poles to stabilize the centerpiece, and then added bud vases of dahlias, roses, and ranunculus to add a touch of softness to a modern design.
For the reception centerpieces, we chose to alternate a few different floral designs that all felt cohesive. The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long headtable sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony.
Wedding Reception Details Moving into the reception we see the stunning arch used for the ceremony repurposed to the headtable. the florals on the headtable included matching blush roses, ranunculus, and eucalyptus.
As weddingplanners, we had the privilege of orchestrating every detail of their special day, and we’re thrilled to share the stunning design of their unforgettable wedding celebration with you! The centerpieces featured lush arrangements of seasonal blooms carefully nestled in crystal vases.
Wedding Reception Details Moving into the reception which was set to perfection! Our head-table featured the same poofs we utilized for the ceremony, giving it the drama it needs sitting in front of the Clementine historic organ. Small bouquets were used to scale the length of the head-table below the tall poufs.
