The grooms boutonniere was a single phalaenopsis orchid.

To complement the soft pinks and yellows of the flowers, a pale blue color scheme was elegantly woven throughout their wedding design. From their stationery to napkins, menu cards, candlesticks, seat card ribbons and even their wedding cake, a consistent pale blue hue added cohesiveness to their decor.

They also fell in love with the gorgeous house on the property, and because they had under 40 guests, they were able to hold an outdoor wedding reception on the house patio. The couple was able to save a lot of money by holding their micro-wedding on a Thursday instead of the weekend, which was a huge perk!

There were plenty of Harry Potter elements included in Claudia and Tobie’s Universal Studios wedding design, too. We loved their “Always” cake topper and centerpieces, as well as their Hufflepuff themed card box. There are so many reasons to host an event at this Universal wedding venue.
