They decided against using flowers in many areas, opting instead to adorn dining tables and hallways with thousands of candles. Choosing long, rectangular tables over round ones added a regal touch to the gallery’s aesthetic.

I slipped into a custom modern red dress during our reception for a traditional Chinese Tea Ceremony and my after-party look was a fun 3D floral applique dress from By Watters. It was my dream dress and everything I could have imagined — romantic, whimsical, and the most perfect mermaid silhouette.
I styled the dress with the matching lace bolero with a keyhole back and cathedral lace veil for the ceremony, and then removed it to highlight the dress’ low scooped back and effortless style for the reception. field] [field title=”Bridesmaid Dresses”]The bridesmaids wore a mix of styles by Jenny Yoo in Whipped Apricot.

Nick did not have groomsmen but did get ready for the wedding with our dads and his closest friends. He did not have groomsmen. While designing the ceremony and reception we wanted everything to feel lush and complete without going over the top and putting flowers everywhere we could.

The elegant and intricate floral design of the gown took our breath away!! Prior to the ceremony, Carina added on a Cathedral length veil with floral appliqués that seemed to have spilled over from her gown in the most beautiful way. The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. They also had the special touch of including a personal pastor close to them to perform the ceremony. She had sleeves added for a little extra romance!
Although the venue is gorgeous with high ceilings and a ton of character lending to its history, we wanted to turn it into a garden vibe and create that WOW moment both when walking into ceremony and then again after the room turn, when seeing the reception decked out in white and textural details.[/field]
