A ceremony aisle foraged from wild grasses and flora with woven chairs and natural elements played created an environment that felt elevated yet at home. Posey Pop created everything from lush, overflowing centerpieces to whimsical wild grasses and flora dotted throughout the ceremony aisles and headtable.

There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. The headtable was a beautiful BBJ La Tavola linen. The circle menu and place cards helped to incorporate the stationery and seating chart into the design. Events | Event Planning: Caitlin & Co.
This verdant pathway, brimming with life and beauty, will not only serve as a memorable element of the ceremony, but will also be repurposed as a gift to grace the entrance of the reception, continuing its role in enhancing the event’s overall aesthetics. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.
As they entered the ceremony, guests were greeted with the option of champagne. Cheri has an amazing eye for design and instantly understood my vision. The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. The ceremony flowers are classic, with white and green arbor flowers along the aisle.
For the ceremony, they kept the palette muted and soft with creamy whites and natural greens. All of these blooms were expertly arranged to create a dreamy setting, lining the back row of chairs to define the ceremony space amongst the vast Castle Hill Inn lawn. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Guests absolutely loved it!

They brought our vision to life perfectly, it was a design request from the start of planning and really set the tone for the reception.
Although the venue is gorgeous with high ceilings and a ton of character lending to its history, we wanted to turn it into a garden vibe and create that WOW moment both when walking into ceremony and then again after the room turn, when seeing the reception decked out in white and textural details.[/field] He was also adorned in flowers!
We decided on a long gold mirrored headtable for the welcome party and family surrounded by round tables in the courtyard. We also wanted our guests to never feel like there was a moment where they couldn’t be eating or drinking while they took in the landscape, and so as one moved about the property, there were multiple stations to grab refreshments and even an oversized, mesmerizing charcuterie board available to guests both before and after ceremony.
To get started, here are some typical groups you can bucket your guests into: Bridal Party – This includes the couple getting married and the friends and family they’ve chosen to stand up in their ceremony (maid of honor, best man, groomsmen, bridesmaids, etc.). Seating the Wedding Party.

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Every detail of the ceremony was thoughtfully curated to complement the natural splendor of the surroundings.
Their venue, a private property by Distinct Locations, brought the most stunning backdrop filled with willow trees overlooking their ceremony pond, rows and rows of olive groves, some furry friends to greet their guests [the cutest little donkeys!] and bright sunshine to celebrate their love all day long.
However, during COVID I wanted to make our team available to any client who needed a planner or designer. The venue sets the tone for the event, it sets the mood and the ambiance and facilitates the eventdesign. As we began the design process, Brynn’s style really started to come out.
I’m Lindsey Nickel and I’m a local Sonoma and Napa wedding planner and the owner of Lovely Day Events. Our clients want the ceremony to be outside, the food to be outstanding, and the dance parties to be epic. For example, rent chargers only for the headtable , not all the guest tables.
