For our ceremony, we wanted a big and lush floral arch to add live to our setting but also enhance the nature elements surrounding our venue.

Ceremony Aisle: A lush display of individual red roses arranged in clusters outlines the aisle. Indoor Floral Installation: A grand piano adorned with a lavish arrangement of red roses and greenery draws attention. This centerpiece adds depth, texture, and a bold pop of color, while candelabras elevate the overall luxurious ambiance.
The florist created focal moments through out the venue with greenery installed to the center point Gazebo in the reception room, with a long captain style table underneath the gazebo. The captains table was the highlight of the room, with a lush floral runner and endless candles.
Cascading greenery adorned every key feature of the space, from the grand fireplace mantel to the elevated floral installations suspended from the chandeliers, creating a lush, organic feel. The day began with a firstlook at The Elms, the iconic Newport mansion. After a quiet moment, they arrived at the venue, buzzing with anticipation as they prepared for their ceremony. The ceremony itself was set on the Terrace, just steps from the beach. Then her final and after party dress was Clio Peppiatt.
Though the wedding ceremony and reception were both held outdoors, we had fun continuing the emphasis and use of pattern, texture, and playful color pairings that guests notice and enjoy throughout the interior into the wedding design elements.
On-site preparations kicked off the Tuesday before the wedding with tent crews arriving to start the installation for this 200-person event. Thankfully, the wind calmed to a gentle breeze just in time for the ceremony, allowing guests to stay warm with cashmere throws and hot apple cider.

While we ultimately felt his presence throughout the entirety of the weekend, it was nice to be able to look down at the watch and think about him. For the ceremony, they kept the palette muted and soft with creamy whites and natural greens. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.
The chapel ceremony and seated dinner included a variety of pink florals and textures. It was made complete with a colorful ceiling installation, disco balls, a hat wall, and the musical talent of the Dry Water Band. The ceremony design included a variety of pink roses and other florals that offered additional colors and texture.
Cocktail hour resonated with laughter and cherished memories from the ceremony, as guests savored passed appetizers and sipped on signature cocktails like “Lexi’s Libation” and “Connor’s Craft Cocktail.” This lush and dynamic display, along with an array of candlelight, added dreamlike magic to the day.
We aimed to capture the delicate textures of the first spring blooms in everything we gathered for this day from the hand-stitched fabric petals on the menus, and the floral printed ceremony dress, to the details on the table, sun-drenched window sill, and stairway at cocktail hour. Since the couple didn’t do a firstlook, the opted for a private boat ride around the sound post ceremony to enjoy time together before docking the boat and joining their guests on the dock! A string quartet played in the background, while a champagne cart was anchored at the front of the dock to greet guests with bubbles!

We also wanted our guests to never feel like there was a moment where they couldn’t be eating or drinking while they took in the landscape, and so as one moved about the property, there were multiple stations to grab refreshments and even an oversized, mesmerizing charcuterie board available to guests both before and after ceremony.
Goldfinch Events also incorporated a fun disco ball installation over the reception tables for Hope’s fun and upbeat personality. While guests were arriving they were greeted with cold Arnold Palmers to make their way to the ceremony. The ceremony was quite literally breathtaking. A classic Montana staple!
Flowers included ranunculus, local dahlias, garden roses, taupe & blush sweetpeas, and a mix of bleached greenery. The ceremony, set against the stunning Arizona mountains and nestled in a quiet clearing near the golf course at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon, showed off their timeless decor with a full floral ground install surrounding the couple. It was a celebration of love and beauty, perfectly capturing their timeless style.[/field]
The 5-foot hanging floral installation over the bar was a statement piece in itself. To complete the look, each pillar of the tent and the entry way were decorated with flowers and greenery. Annie and Hartwell and their families decided to offer the flowers for sale with all proceeds going to hurricane relief efforts.
Persian ceremonies are typically held in the beautiful gardens of the bride’s home, often hosting hundreds of people. As a result, knowing that they wanted a Persian ceremony, the two only looked at venues in New England that could accommodate an outdoor ceremony. Not to mention- these photos are absolutely stunning.
A Sangeet ceremony is an Indian wedding tradition meant to celebrate the union of two families. Prior to their ceremony, the two opted to have a firstlook between just the two of them. Golden chairs surrounded the stage where Fleurs NYC ’s show-stopping floral installation hung directly in the center of it all.

While Mema Creations and Fabstylist Sharntai Harris worked their magic on the beautiful bride, vendors were hard at work downstairs in the ceremony and reception spaces. The flowers were show stopping, from the ceremony arch to the organic centerpieces to the unique customized candles that looked like flowers themselves.
For the ceremony arch I chose wildflowers, textured bark, blooming branches, which made somewhat unconventional, but beautiful sculptural art. We did a ‘blessing of the rings’ during the ceremony which was such a special moment. I stumbled upon this exquisite window installation by Aiku Floral.
