A garland of fresh green and white hydrangeas wrapped around the structure and designed to look like they grew there. Guests enjoyed the ceremony from under the canopy of two custom designed large ficus trees. Later the ceremony space would be converted into a formal reception area. A game changer.
The day began with a firstlook at The Elms, the iconic Newport mansion. After a quiet moment, they arrived at the venue, buzzing with anticipation as they prepared for their ceremony. The ceremony itself was set on the Terrace, just steps from the beach. Then her final and after party dress was Clio Peppiatt.
Tents, flooring, electrical lines, restroom trailers, and golf carts were all set up to ensure smooth transportation around the property. Thankfully, the wind calmed to a gentle breeze just in time for the ceremony, allowing guests to stay warm with cashmere throws and hot apple cider.
An Intimate and Heartfelt FirstLook The firstlook is your private bubble before the whirlwind. We had the absolute delight of teaming up with Rudney Novaes Photography for the first time, and oh, what an incredible experience it was! It wasn’t just a choice; it was a statement!
She wanted her details to match the grand nature of this estate and transport her guests into an evening of luxury and elegance. We had 6 months to fulfill their vision within their Full Planning package, identifying vendors that would perfectly compliment their Chinese-American ceremony with traditional elements weaved in throughout their day.
