My sister who was my maid of honor wore an ombre and pleated L’IDEE gown, Sam’s sister wore a silk printed halter dress (designer unknown), my sister-in-law wore a sequined gown by Aisha Rao from Kiska Studios and my childhood best friend wore a sequined dress from House of CB.

After a quiet moment, they arrived at the venue, buzzing with anticipation as they prepared for their ceremony. The ceremony itself was set on the Terrace, just steps from the beach. The vows exchanged were deeply personal, officiated by a close family friend who made the ceremony even more meaningful.
Although we used mostly local vendors we decided to fly in Liz Banfield, who photographed our entire wedding weekend, from our private family church ceremony on Thursday through to our exit on Saturday night. We had a string quartet from Vineyard Violin perform our ceremony music.
The ceremony took place on the garden lawn. It took some trial and error, but my maid of honor and I went in person to play around with a couple options to find another solid and a pattern that paired together well, in similar material. After the heartfelt ceremony, the celebration continued with a lively cocktail hour featuring an array of charcuterie, a stunning 360-degree bar, and crystal chandeliers suspended from the ancient oaks. Jack took her to their favorite nearby park with the beautiful city skyline and lake in the background, and he surprised her with a ring.

We began the day at Alexandra’s family home, along a willow-lined drive with the bride’s mom, sister in law and maid of honor, and 3 sweet nieces as they helped the bride into her gorgeous Mira Zwillinger gown. Michaels Wedding was their Plan B, as it was so flawlessly and beautifully executed, full of thoughtful touches at every turn.
Maids of Honor dresses because they have such a range of gorgeous quality gowns in different styles. Navy is one of Liz’s favorite all-purpose, go-to colors generally, so she chose it in the hopes that her Maids of Honor could wear their dresses again sometime!

The ruins of the Castello Aragonese Ischia were the backdrop to a ceremony with a few intimate, exciting, and fun. Emphasized by the beautiful fireworks that lasted 7minutes and that enchanted the whole island, not only the participants of this great event. Totally immersed in flowers Erica and Dustin have lived a dream moment![/field]

It was important for the ceremony to be deeply personal, intimate, and of the times. A dear friend of the couple officiated and centered the ceremony around love and cherishing those around us. It just so happened that the bride’s sister was the only one to choose yellow, which made for a special Maid of Honor look.

Their venue, a private property by Distinct Locations, brought the most stunning backdrop filled with willow trees overlooking their ceremony pond, rows and rows of olive groves, some furry friends to greet their guests [the cutest little donkeys!] and bright sunshine to celebrate their love all day long.
