The ceremony took place at Heron Lake, right under a large, majestic willow tree. For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table. For the headtable, we chose to create a simple greenery design for a natural touch and surrounded the front with plenty of tall floral arrangements.

We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
Our floral arrangements included a mix of tall centerpieces, delicate bud vases, and a striking long arrangement for the 32-person headtable, offering visual interest and variety. Flowers were also thoughtfully used to enhance the chuppah, complementing its beauty while maintaining its central significance in the ceremony.[/field]

The off-the-shoulder sleeves made for a gorgeous photo and ceremony look, which I then snapped at the back for an off-the-shoulder cocktail hour and reception look which made for easier dancing! The headtable was a vision and was so romantic and elegant. Classic brown shoes and a light champagne-colored tie.
For the ceremony, they kept the palette muted and soft with creamy whites and natural greens. All of these blooms were expertly arranged to create a dreamy setting, lining the back row of chairs to define the ceremony space amongst the vast Castle Hill Inn lawn. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.
When last-minute rainstorms rolled in, the Potomac Point Winery team effortlessly adapted, transforming the ceremony into an intimate indoor celebration. The venue swiftly moved the ceremony to the Richland Ballroom, where the couple exchanged vows in front of the stunning 20 ft high white stone fireplace.
We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. It truly took guest’s breath away and we saw tons of guests taking photos in front of it after the ceremony. Assorted pink goblets brought a touch of playfulness to the settings.
The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. The ceremony flowers are classic, with white and green arbor flowers along the aisle.

The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Guests absolutely loved it!

Lighting was such an important element as well to warm up such a modern space.
Although the venue is gorgeous with high ceilings and a ton of character lending to its history, we wanted to turn it into a garden vibe and create that WOW moment both when walking into ceremony and then again after the room turn, when seeing the reception decked out in white and textural details.[/field] He was also adorned in flowers!

We decided on a long gold mirrored headtable for the welcome party and family surrounded by round tables in the courtyard. [/field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Groomsmen tuxes are from Ted Baker in a classic black color. We wanted the cake to go along with the simple, elegant, spring theme.[/field]
Ample ivory arrangements elevated the open space with a floral archway over the couple’s headtable. To customize her look she added off-the-shoulder sleeves with three-dimensional lace, reflected throughout the gown’s design. Beneath towering pines and oak trees, a romantic and relaxed reception awaited guests.

For the ceremony, this meaningful moment was floral-focused and built into and around the existing gardens and pergola of Green Market. For the reception, round tables with varying linens, aligned in alternating directions, created one grand headtable.

For the ceremony, the idea was to have an organic and natural feel of colorful florals sprouting from the arch and along the aisle. The long-sleeve lace top added an elegant element to the simplicity of the dress that was perfect for the ceremony. I traveled to New York City to try the dress on and instantly knew it was the one.
I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]Abundant florals and an extravagant ceremony floral arch by Mountain Laurel Floral was only fitting for a wedding based off of the bride’s floral wedding dress.
Planned by KBD events in the heart of Dallas, Texas the couple chose to hold their ceremony at the Park Cities Presbyterian Church, the church they both grew up attending.
