As they entered the ceremony, guests were greeted with the option of champagne. She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable. field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]The moment I spotted a cake that resembled my dream design, I knew we had a winner!
The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. The ceremony flowers are classic, with white and green arbor flowers along the aisle.
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. With the color that came through in the floral and tables, the bride had her bridesmaids in white to create a very modern look with wedding party and ceremony moments.
Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. The flowers really tied together the entire wedding design. When last-minute rainstorms rolled in, the Potomac Point Winery team effortlessly adapted, transforming the ceremony into an intimate indoor celebration. The venue swiftly moved the ceremony to the Richland Ballroom, where the couple exchanged vows in front of the stunning 20 ft high white stone fireplace.
For the ceremony, they kept the palette muted and soft with creamy whites and natural greens. All of these blooms were expertly arranged to create a dreamy setting, lining the back row of chairs to define the ceremony space amongst the vast Castle Hill Inn lawn. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.

The voluminous skirt was detachable so she could go from a show-stopping and romantic look at a ceremony to a chic and refined ensemble at the reception. The ceremony boasted a large and abundant arbor overflowing with greenery and accents of pink and orange hues. The reception staircase was decked with repurposed greenery from the ceremony aisle arrangements combined with added florals in complementary tones.
The arch they crafted for the ceremony, adorned with cascading blooms, surpassed all expectations. Serving as the pièce de résistance, a magnificent cascading floral runner adorned the headtable, commanding attention with its sheer beauty. Ink & Press Co.
For the ceremony, the idea was to have an organic and natural feel of colorful florals sprouting from the arch and along the aisle. The long-sleeve lace top added an elegant element to the simplicity of the dress that was perfect for the ceremony. I traveled to New York City to try the dress on and instantly knew it was the one.
Although the venue is gorgeous with high ceilings and a ton of character lending to its history, we wanted to turn it into a garden vibe and create that WOW moment both when walking into ceremony and then again after the room turn, when seeing the reception decked out in white and textural details.[/field] He was also adorned in flowers!
I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. I wore my grandma’s vintage clip on earrings that my mom wore on her wedding day. And I picked a floral Monique Lhuillier wedding dress to go with my love of all things colorful and romantic.”[/field]
field] [field title=”WeddingCake”] Multiple cakes adorned several tables throughout the reception – most notably the Taylor Swift-inspired butterfly cake at the headtable. The main cake, was topped with two puppies. The puppy cake toppers were a total surprise!!!
Our ceremony site was overlooked the beach/ocean in Rosemary Beach, and Fishers Flowers framed this beautiful view with adorned white florals & greenery. All our wedding flowers were mostly white, with subtle touches of light blue & greenery.
At the outdoor ceremony we opted for alter ground arrangements to give the look of florals growing organically from the ground and to not take away from the view of the Sonoma hills. Placing them in areas like the headtable, caketable and DJ booth. There was no shortage on sweets![/field]
For their wedding dinner, guests dined on ceviche of sea bass and a filet of beef served with a potato cake and truffles. After dinner, the couple cut their signature weddingcake, a 4-tired pink lemonade cake made of lemon cake with lemon curd, raspberries, vanilla crumble, and raspberry filling.

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. and Jackie Kennedy’s wedding. The cake’s popularity continued as Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]For the ceremony, J.R. After the ceremony, he exchanged his tux jacket for a white dinner jacket and wore that for our sunset photos and the reception. We filled in a lush and long row of baby’s breath down the length of the table.
field] [field title=”WeddingCake”]Taylor and Chris’ weddingcake stood in front of a lush floral wall that we used at the background for a champagne tower toast that greeted guests as they walked into the tent and then later transitioned to a photo op.
We also wanted our guests to never feel like there was a moment where they couldn’t be eating or drinking while they took in the landscape, and so as one moved about the property, there were multiple stations to grab refreshments and even an oversized, mesmerizing charcuterie board available to guests both before and after ceremony.
Arches were carried through the entire wedding day starting with a triple arch ceremony backdrop, then into the cocktail hour with a cane arch bar with dusty pink barstools and arch gold back bars.[/field]
I had been to one spectacular wedding where the ceremony was held in San Francisco City Hall and knew that we had to tour it for our special day. I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, headtable runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements.
Their venue, a private property by Distinct Locations, brought the most stunning backdrop filled with willow trees overlooking their ceremony pond, rows and rows of olive groves, some furry friends to greet their guests [the cutest little donkeys!] and bright sunshine to celebrate their love all day long.
It’s difficult not to fall completely in love with a venue like Holman Ranch – with its beautiful ceremony space with sweeping views of the St. They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the headtable. They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes.
