The ceremony was held in the charming Village Chapel, and with the white trolley bringing the wedding party to the chapel, it felt like it was straight out of a Hallmark movie. When guests arrived to the reception, the festivities were held under a clear top tent that was brimming with florals.
Many aspects of their wedding design were inspired by Estevan and Michael’s clothing, such as the reception menus that copied Estevan and Michael’s Dolce & Gabbana jackets. The reception space was completely transformed into a tropical disco wonderland. We wanted vibrant colors that represented Mexico.
Modern, overhead floral installations set an enchanted garden tone for an unforgettable evening. The installations hovered just above eye level, inviting guests to immerse in the details up close. Tall glass candle holders cast a warm, ambient glow, reflecting softly off of polished gold accents throughout the space.
Every detail, from custom invites to unique floral installations and thoughtful rentals, was chosen to enhance the cohesive, organic aesthetic and guest experience. Leaning into the Cinco de Mayo date, the couple welcomed guests to the reception with festive welcome shots to set a lively tone.
With their ceremony held at the wedding deck atop Vail mountain, a floral ground-arch installation was designed in lieu of a traditional wedding arch to enhance the panoramic view rather than distract from it. The bride and groom danced their way into the reception with their wedding party to We Are Family by Sister Sledge.

The weather took a turn and there were high winds and rain, and so the reception was moved indoors. Regarding the design, the reception was beautifully sophisticated while still being inviting, but the ceremony was the true highlight. Bencivenga Altasartoria completely blew it out of the park!

With an Italian-inspired theme, a Persian Sofreh Aghd ceremony, and breathtaking details like cascading wisteria, this event was a dream come true. The outdoor ceremony and indoor reception spaces were adorned with florals that blended seamlessly into the natural beauty of the surroundings.
In addition, as a surprise to the guests, she changed during the reception into a Marchesa Notte pale blue floral applique gown. For the reception, the groom changed into a custom Navy velvet dinner jacket, also from Nita Fashions. The ceremony was held outdoors beneath stately Norwegian spruce trees.
The table is adorned with a striking display of flowers that cascade from overhead installations, creating a lush, garden-like atmosphere. Though the wedding ceremony and reception were both held outdoors, we had fun continuing the emphasis and use of pattern, texture, and playful color pairings that guests notice and enjoy throughout the interior into the wedding design elements.

On-site preparations kicked off the Tuesday before the wedding with tent crews arriving to start the installation for this 200-person event. Thankfully, the wind calmed to a gentle breeze just in time for the ceremony, allowing guests to stay warm with cashmere throws and hot apple cider.

Walking into the tent felt magical with the mountain glow, candlelight, and striking baby’s breath “chandelier installment. The large chuppah created a gorgeous focal point for the ceremony under which the couple exchanged their vows. Logan, the bride, wanted a high energy dance party which Soul X brought to life.
Knowing this, we had a fun gelato cart, a beautiful Vespa bar, and long, connected reception tables to create that community, intimacy, and taste of Tuscany. From stunning centerpieces to a ceremony arch to ground florals to a cake nest, the floral design truly feels so effortless and like a match made in heaven.
