Whether you want to ride in style with your new spouse or enjoy a cruise with your wedding party, your transportation can be both fun and practical. Make sure your wedding transportation isn’t an afterthought, especially if you have out-of-town guests or are opting for a destination wedding.
The ceremony was held in the charming Village Chapel, and with the white trolley bringing the wedding party to the chapel, it felt like it was straight out of a Hallmark movie. field] [field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”]For the ceremony, classic wedding songs were selected.
The bride changed into a remodeled wedding reception dress previously worn by the Bride’s mother, tailored by Delia’s Alterations in Nashville.[/field] The groom changed into a Western-Inspired suit from Sister Jane for the reception and wore a Roy Rogers bolo tie gifted by the bride’s deceased grandfather.
We selected a range of hotels to recommend to guests, from which we provided transportation to and from the wedding venue. While this is not essential and is done at your discretion, many of our couples like to offer some sort of transport for guests at a destination wedding.

Once the guests took their seats at the reception, they enjoyed traditional bread service and a Southern Arugula Salad with a Honey-Sherry Vinaigrette. I wanted a dress worthy and reflective of the atmosphere, and since we’d be getting married in October, while we hoped it would be warm, we couldn’t be sure, so I wanted something with the options of sleeves that I could wear for the ceremony, but wouldn’t restrain me for the rest of the event.
In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner the evening before, the grooms family hosted a Persian wedding ceremony and reception to honor Camerons family heritage. The talented Tom Trovato led the floral team to create a design that completely transformed the reception space while also maintaining an understated, natural, elegant feel.
An intimate, candlelit ceremony in the May River Chapel treated guests to heartfelt vows and stunning views of the May River at the back of the chapel. Their reception space continued the theme of clean, modern aesthetics combined with loose, airy, and romantic elegance. The couple loved the idea of having statement elements that felt unique and original.
After a quiet moment, they arrived at the venue, buzzing with anticipation as they prepared for their ceremony. The ceremony itself was set on the Terrace, just steps from the beach. The vows exchanged were deeply personal, officiated by a close family friend who made the ceremony even more meaningful.
Guests enjoyed the ceremony from under the canopy of two custom designed large ficus trees. Later the ceremony space would be converted into a formal reception area. Guests dined under the trees and were transported into a beautiful spring garden detailed with an abundance of fresh florals. A game changer.
The couple wanted to create an experience that transported our guests into a fairytale world, full of love, beauty, and wonder. We also wrote our own mission statement, which made the ceremony deeply personal and meaningful. His look was classic yet modern, effortlessly matching the romantic yet timeless vibe of the day.[/field]
The design seamlessly blended classic elements with fresh, contemporary touches – from the sophisticated seating chart display using a vintage-style bookshelf adorned with delicate vines to the refined reception space where white chiavari chairs and crisp linens met organic floral arrangements. With an Italian-inspired theme, a Persian Sofreh Aghd ceremony, and breathtaking details like cascading wisteria, this event was a dream come true. The venues lush greenery and elegant architecture mirrored the romantic ambiance of the Italian countryside, transporting guests to another world.
The florist created focal moments through out the venue with greenery installed to the center point Gazebo in the reception room, with a long captain style table underneath the gazebo. Liba instantly fell in love with the floral pattern, pearl details, and bow that could be easily added to the back of the dress after the ceremony for a reception/transformation reveal. It was adorned with a removable pearl-trimmed bow, a pearl-trimmed waistband, and elegant buttons that extended to the end of the train.
First Look Before the ceremony, the bride and groom wanted to share an intimate first look. There was a dessert table with all sorts of goodies like macaroons, donuts, cakes and cookies placed at the back of the reception room. It was important to have it pop out as a statement to align with the drama of the yellow platform aisle, yellow aisle florals, and yellow tones strategically placed in the reception.
