We communicated in the exact same way and I had such a blast working with Whitney, Jason and Jacqueline to plan this amazing day. We spoke and she thought I would be a good fit for what She and Whitney needed for assistance during the wedding planning. They had a vision of the design but wanted help with execution and logistics.

For their head table, they used the long wood hairpin tables from Beltane Ranch (they fit 20 people each) topped with colorful florals and gray tile table numbers. For the guest tables, they used the round tables included with the Beltane Ranch wedding rental fee.
