Posey Pop created everything from lush, overflowing centerpieces to whimsical wild grasses and flora dotted throughout the ceremony aisles and headtable. For the decor of the wedding, Adore Folklore and Hostess Haven teamed up under the brilliant design of Amorology team to create a marriage of rich textures and visuals as well.

She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable.
[/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] The florals were designed by my design planner, Salt Harbor Designs. The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. Salt Harbor nailed it. The decor was traditional modern.

We used the natural wood and landscaping of the venue to lead our design. We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. For the headtable we gave it a little more modern twist with the mix of bud vases and textured taper candles.

The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Florals were designed to be colored and bloom-blocked to give the arrangements a little extra whimsy and something different from the traditional arrangement. Guests absolutely loved it!

We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] Our florals from Jardiniere Events were the perfect mix of modern and classic. Their cake was a spectacular six layers with floral cascade that mimicked the cascades on the headtable. Allison Newton was my eventdesigner and she was my expert! For my brides!
Our dining tables played off of richer colors with our rentals, like our Forest Green linens, a fun patterned headtable linen, and the rich deep brown stoneware charger to bring a nod to the dark, moody vibe of the dinner barn. We then brightened it up with bold florals and deep pink candles.
Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
However, during COVID I wanted to make our team available to any client who needed a planner or designer. Having gone to many weddings herself, her mother Melissa hired LLG Events seeking something chic and different for her daughter. We created a double-sided floral wall to use throughout the grand entrance and the headtable.
The cost savings is huge since a band requires multiple people (sometimes more than 15 people) working at your wedding whereas a DJ is usually just one person on the event day. I’m Lindsey Nickel and I’m a local Sonoma and Napa wedding planner and the owner of Lovely Day Events. You can still have an epic dance party with a DJ.
Do you want each of your respective families sitting together or at separate tables? Will your bridal party be at a headtable or mixed amongst other tables? Make the number a part of the tabledesign. It's important not to let the table numbers take away from your tablescape.
