Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool.[/field] She prepared a family style dinner to be served to each table, featuring the bride and groom’s favorite dishes.

There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. The headtable was a beautiful BBJ La Tavola linen. The circle menu and place cards helped to incorporate the stationery and seating chart into the design. Events | Event Planning: Caitlin & Co.
There were special local beers that were specially chosen by our groom. For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table. For the headtable, we chose to create a simple greenery design for a natural touch and surrounded the front with plenty of tall floral arrangements.
Cheri has an amazing eye for design and instantly understood my vision. She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Rob, unlike most grooms, was VERY involved! We also knew that we wanted one VERY LONG headtable where we were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family — one long table with about 50 people & it was PERFECT!

The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Florals were designed to be colored and bloom-blocked to give the arrangements a little extra whimsy and something different from the traditional arrangement. Guests absolutely loved it!
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. Getting to see her approach to floral design and watching her in action was such an experience! For us, our ceremony had to accomplish two things in this regard.

Their cake was a spectacular six layers with floral cascade that mimicked the cascades on the headtable. Allison Newton was my eventdesigner and she was my expert!
