The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. It was glamorous and pretty but cool.
The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. The setting was extremely picturesque and the Swiss Alps backdrop is like a fairytale movie. Will had every detail planned for the moment. The combination of natural beauty and floral elegance was magical.
We also knew that we wanted one VERY LONG headtable where we were surrounded by all of our closest friends and family — one long table with about 50 people & it was PERFECT! Fun, flirty and a little unexpected! It was a high low (mini dress from the front, and a long train in the back). They crushed it!!!
We wanted to incorporate the landscape into their wedding design and feel like their wedding really was part of the rolling hills of the Carneros Region. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay.
