Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool.[/field] She prepared a family style dinner to be served to each table, featuring the bride and groom’s favorite dishes.
There were special local beers that were specially chosen by our groom. The aisle was also filled with tall floral arrangements to create a dreamy and natural look to surround guests with florals. For the reception, we brought the botanical garden indoors with plenty of florals for each table.
Wonder Cake Creations Sarasota made a custom Groom’s Cake in the shape of a Cabo Arch, which featured Red Velvet with Cream Cheese Filling. field] [field title=”Special Detail #3″]Special guests of the headtable received hand painted shells with their names on them, adding a beautiful coastal touch to the tablescape.[/field]
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. Meagan and Spencer knew the first touch point for their guests would be their arrival for the ceremony. field] [field title=”Wedding Cake”]The cake moment was something classy and timeless.
The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. Together, Leila James Events and Stone Blossom designed a stunning, draping delphinium installation was added over the headtable, which created an extra pop of blue to the already breathtaking surroundings.
We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]The grooms all wore Hugo Boss custom tuxedos. We used the natural wood and landscaping of the venue to lead our design.
The structure over the headtable was a little something special for the bride and groom and wedding party. They brought our vision to life perfectly, it was a design request from the start of planning and really set the tone for the reception. The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. The groom walked out in black velvet slipper-style loafers from Del Torro. The guests enjoyed the specialty cocktails picked specially by the bride and groom. Coffee is life for the groom, so of course the couple needed a specialty coffee cart to keep the party going. Diamond gin fizz for her and Mezcal old-fashioned for him.
