The florist created focal moments through out the venue with greenery installed to the center point Gazebo in the reception room, with a long captain style table underneath the gazebo. The captains table was the highlight of the room, with a lush floral runner and endless candles.

A FirstLook Before the Ceremony Before we share the ceremony, we need a moment for this sweet firstlook. As wedding planners, we always adore a firstlook. The fashion choices came together flawlessly, creating an ambiance that exceeded everyone’s expectations.
Meagan and Spencer knew the first touch point for their guests would be their arrival for the ceremony. The perfect location to create a blooming, spring setting for the bride and groom to have their firstlook and portraits. The light fabric allowed the warm sunshine against her skin during their firstlook and portraits. Light bounced from all angles from the southern-facing walls.
It was made complete with a colorful ceiling installation, disco balls, a hat wall, and the musical talent of the Dry Water Band. field] [field title=”Special Detail #2″] Sara is so happy that she decided to do a firstlook. The other tent was all about the party.
Florals were installed along the gazebo columns and thoughtfully placed as extensions of the overarching trees surrounding them. Ceremony was held at the Temple of Love, a historical replica of a classic gazebo sited at the original entrance to Laguna Gloria. Over the course of three days, we designed a series of unique events at the groom’s family ranch that were filled with fun and interactive guest experiences and details. The bride and groom held lace umbrellas leading the parade as their guests danced along with the horn section from Jordan Kahn Orchestra.
Their tented beach wedding included a floral installation with elegant globe chandeliers that could almost pass for disco balls, which helped define the elegant yet fun ambiance. Then, to highlight the groom’s English side, our designer, sourced glass cloches filled with English bread pudding for.
The 5-foot hanging floral installation over the bar was a statement piece in itself. To complete the look, each pillar of the tent and the entry way were decorated with flowers and greenery. The groom’s cake was carrot cake with cream cheese frosting.
Goldfinch Events also incorporated a fun disco ball installation over the reception tables for Hope’s fun and upbeat personality. The Groom’s signature drink was a whiskey ginger mule with a lime garnish. Hope had also changed into her mother’s wedding dress for the moment!
The firstlook was one of Layla and Ben’s favorite parts of the day. After the firstlook, the two set sail on the Narragansett Bay. When your wedding is held at a stunning oceanfront venue and your groom has a deep love for boats, seizing the opportunity for a glamorous shot on the water is an obvious must!
