The ceremony, set against the stunning Arizona mountains and nestled in a quiet clearing near the golf course at The Lodge at Ventana Canyon, showed off their timeless decor with a full floral ground install surrounding the couple. This thoughtful detail added a personal and cultural nod to his look, making it both sentimental and unique.
This masterpiece transformed into an interactive installation, where guests were invited to contribute their own brushstrokes throughout the evening. The welcome area emerged as an artistic focal point, transforming into a charming artist’s studio complete with easels, oil paintings, and authentic art tools.

The day began with a firstlook at The Elms, the iconic Newport mansion. The groomsmen’s suits were from Black Tie.[/field] A custom installation of a champagne wall was the seating chart that allowed guests to find their seated before being transitioned upstairs.

The floral vignettes flowed naturally throughout the reception space, from a show-stopping ceiling installation above the monogramed dance floor to a giant sweetheart table arch backdropped by the floor to ceiling windows overlooking campus.

This lush and dynamic display, along with an array of candlelight, added dreamlike magic to the day.
Together, Leila James Events and Stone Blossom designed a stunning, draping delphinium installation was added over the head table, which created an extra pop of blue to the already breathtaking surroundings. field] [field title=”Special Detail #3″]Instead of a firstlook, Gabrielle and Will exchanged letters before their ceremony.

Just down the hall, Tawfiq and his groomsmen were also busy getting ready for the big day. Prior to their ceremony, the two opted to have a firstlook between just the two of them. Golden chairs surrounded the stage where Fleurs NYC ’s show-stopping floral installation hung directly in the center of it all.
