The inspiration behind them was doing an overhang over the headtable of lush pink and white flowers with greenery mixed in. I wanted the greenery to look like moss coming down to fit the theme of Bald Head and the Spanish moss. We had round tables throughout for our guests with a white Chivari chair.
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her headtable install we all dreamed up together. LBV Design House brought our vision to life flawlessly.
One over the headtable & one over the incredible dancing area. Some special moments during our day was reading letters from each other earlier in the day prior to our firstlook. Our firstlook was extremely special to me as well. I also loved my firstlook with my dad.
The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. Together, Leila James Events and Stone Blossom designed a stunning, draping delphinium installation was added over the headtable, which created an extra pop of blue to the already breathtaking surroundings.

We brought in wood tables with the headtable and accented the dining tables with green napkins, gold flatware, and pink goblets. On the dining tables we went with classic garlands with pops of blooms on the long tables to tie in the greenery inside and went with stunning soft and whimsical centerpieces on the rounds.
The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. For the Headtable we will order velvet linens and design a living arrangement down the entire center of the table with brass candlesticks. Suspended crystal chandeliers above the center of the headtable, adorned with delicate florals. In addition, we use our optic glass votives and cermainc votives.
Guest tables dazzled with Anna Petal white linens, floral chargers, and champagne napkins, all paired with glimmering gold chairs and glassware for a touch of glow. The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long headtable sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony. We filled in a lush and long row of baby’s breath down the length of the table. Actually, experiencing this moment was something I’ll simply never forget.
Our dining tables played off of richer colors with our rentals, like our Forest Green linens, a fun patterned headtable linen, and the rich deep brown stoneware charger to bring a nod to the dark, moody vibe of the dinner barn. We then brightened it up with bold florals and deep pink candles.
They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the headtable. They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes. Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the headtable featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. Candles in varying shades of blue and green, potted herbs, and plants added character and allure to the tablescapes.
The gals wanted to soak in all of the moments for her big day and decided to squeeze in a celebratory toast before heading down the hall for her fathers firstlook and firstlook with her groom! Fathers FirstLook A father’s firstlook is always so fun to experience, just look at this reaction!
I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, headtable runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements.
