The bride wanted the head table to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. Together, Leila James Events and Stone Blossom designed a stunning, draping delphinium installation was added over the head table, which created an extra pop of blue to the already breathtaking surroundings.

Guest tables dazzled with Anna Petal white linens, floral chargers, and champagne napkins, all paired with glimmering gold chairs and glassware for a touch of glow. The focal point head table commanded attention with overhead floral globes, abundant garlands, and ample candlelight.[/field]

The head tables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. For the guests, we designed a menu that mimicked the head table dinner plates to act as both decor and be functional. Guests absolutely loved it!

At the outdoor ceremony we opted for alter ground arrangements to give the look of florals growing organically from the ground and to not take away from the view of the Sonoma hills. Placing them in areas like the head table, cake table and DJ booth.

The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long head table sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony. We filled in a lush and long row of baby’s breath down the length of the table. It was the only proper setup for a cake that was so gorgeous!

Each guest was presented with bespoke menus from Peak Event Services , and the head table featured place cards nestled within small clay potted plants, hand-lettered with guests’ names by Pretty in Ink. and Jackie Kennedy’s wedding.

I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, head table runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements. I will say, the cake tastings with my parents were very fun – they were so excited to try all the different flavors.

They hung chandeliers in the tree behind the head table. They mixed vibrant fall colors and black details to create ethereal table scapes. As another fun salute to Hollywood, they framed photos of celebrities throughout history easting pasta and placed them at each table.
