[/field] [field title=”Design / Vibe / Vision”] Anna Louise and Walker’s wedding reception awakened fearless displays of blue hydrangeas and indescribable floral installations that maintained a timeless and elegant feel. Her veil, a sentimental family heirloom, was made from the fabric of her grandmother’s wedding dress.
One installation in particular featured wild riverbank grapevine, crafted into an oversized structure that was placed on the kitchen island. Natural elements were mixed with lush blooms and created a garden-inspired dream that wowed every guest who walked through the door.
The stunning ceiling installation of white delphiniums cascaded white florals for a dreamy, ethereal look that transformed the dinner area into a magical space.[/field] field] [field title=”Wedding Cake”]The cake was adorned with greenery, keeping with the white and green palette of the wedding.
This masterpiece transformed into an interactive installation, where guests were invited to contribute their own brushstrokes throughout the evening. The welcome area emerged as an artistic focal point, transforming into a charming artist’s studio complete with easels, oil paintings, and authentic art tools.
The living rooms chandelier became a lush floral installation, brimming with tropical greenery that harmonized with the overall design. Guests found their seats on natural cross-back chairs, welcomed by personalized menus and place cards.
This installation will be incredible and imbued with an air of romance and elegance, will undoubtedly serve as an extraordinary backdrop, contributing to the overall splendor of the event. This arrangement will create a striking aerial installation that glitters and sparkles, casting a captivating glow over the event.
Every detail, from custom invites to unique floral installations and thoughtful rentals, was chosen to enhance the cohesive, organic aesthetic and guest experience. With only 32 guests, the vibe was cozy yet sophisticated, blending a garden party theme with a storyline that celebrated both nature and modern elegance.
Stephane Rolland is a designer that does just that with her weddinggowns! Taber’s gown was a full length white crepe mermaid dress with a boat neck-line, open-back, and sculptural “orchid sleeves” in Gazar. It was the last dress she tried on & was absolutely perfect and everything she dreamed of!
The florist created focal moments through out the venue with greenery installed to the center point Gazebo in the reception room, with a long captain style table underneath the gazebo. The captains table was the highlight of the room, with a lush floral runner and endless candles.
Indoor Floral Installation: A grand piano adorned with a lavish arrangement of red roses and greenery draws attention. Reception Table: The tablescape features a cascading floral runner of red roses paired with green foliage, extending the length of the elegant white-linen-covered table.
Cascading greenery adorned every key feature of the space, from the grand fireplace mantel to the elevated floral installations suspended from the chandeliers, creating a lush, organic feel.
These juicy colors all came together in Beccas bouquet, mantle piece installations, large urn arrangements and in the plant-dyed silk ribbon from Silk and Willow @silkandwillow that adorned all of the personal flowers. The ceremony was held outdoors beneath stately Norwegian spruce trees.
The day began with a firstlook at The Elms, the iconic Newport mansion. A custom installation of a champagne wall was the seating chart that allowed guests to find their seated before being transitioned upstairs. Her second dress was from Ceremony in Newton, MA and was the brand NEWHITE.

Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her head table install we all dreamed up together. field] [field title=”Wedding Cake”]The cake moment was something classy and timeless. LBV Design House brought our vision to life flawlessly.
field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]Elle Fleurit showcased her exceptional talents, with the highlight of the evening being her stunning floral installation, adorned with sparkling chandeliers rented from Lightsmiths. This lush and dynamic display, along with an array of candlelight, added dreamlike magic to the day.
[/field] [field title=”Wedding Colors”]The sorbet color palette of peach, citrus, coral, and pistachio green appeared to be lit from within by the venue’s large, arched windows. The perfect location to create a blooming, spring setting for the bride and groom to have their firstlook and portraits.
Her look included a full ballgown of elaborate floral applique atop layers of nude mesh and tulle, regal long sleeves, and a sexy plunge neckline. The wedding reception moved to the Grand Ballroom, where velvet couches surrounded the custom oval dancefloor.
I tended to lean towards clean silhouettes with a minimalistic look. Since we knew there would be a lot of seafood and Hawaiian flavors during the wedding dinner, we opted for a traditional prime rib feast for the welcome dinner (a nod to our favorite restaurant in San Francisco, The House of Prime Rib).
It was made complete with a colorful ceiling installation, disco balls, a hat wall, and the musical talent of the Dry Water Band. field] [field title=”Special Detail #2″] Sara is so happy that she decided to do a firstlook. The other tent was all about the party.
Katy’s Mom made her wedding dress by hand, where she stitched every pearl to perfection with patience and the utmost care. [/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]Guests were greeted with chilled champagne as they strolled through the garden grounds to find their seats for the ceremony.
That same print was seen again on the custom seating chart installation. Her reception dress from Cinq a Sept. [/field] [field title=”Special Detail #3″]Guests were then welcomed to cocktail hour by the lake featuring a custom painted bar with custom wallpaper inserts to match the invitation.

From the bride… Another memorable item on the day was a necklace I wore, which my mom gave to me on the wedding day. Together, Leila James Events and Stone Blossom designed a stunning, draping delphinium installation was added over the head table, which created an extra pop of blue to the already breathtaking surroundings.
She helped the couple throw the wedding of their dreams by putting on a ceremony that felt elegant yet relaxed. Their tented beach wedding included a floral installation with elegant globe chandeliers that could almost pass for disco balls, which helped define the elegant yet fun ambiance.
For the wedding day the color theme was kept the same, mostly white and green with a few touches of blue. The 5-foot hanging floral installation over the bar was a statement piece in itself. To complete the look, each pillar of the tent and the entry way were decorated with flowers and greenery.
Goldfinch Events also incorporated a fun disco ball installation over the reception tables for Hope’s fun and upbeat personality. field] [field title=”Readings, Ceremony Music, Reception Songs”] Hope and Drake chose to read their vows privately after their firstlook.
Above, a ceiling installation of crocheted chandeliers and greenery hung over the dance floor, and below, crocheted linen overlays added texture to the tables which were accented with chargers with raffia detail, green glassware, and wood beaded napkin rings.
At first, I was uncertain about having any kind of backdrop since the setting didn’t need any enhancement. I stumbled upon this exquisite window installation by Aiku Floral. I kept using the terms: alive, vivid, combinable harmony, unconventional, and sculptural art.
