Neutrals of bone, sand, camel, leather and coffee earth tones paired with dijon, butter yellow, soft rose and varying shades of green, along with accents of black and gold with touches of stone and pops of dyed denim weaved through the dress code, decor details and flowers for the wedding, walking a beautiful line between high contrast and softness.[/field]
Guests were seated at two headtables spanning the family living room of her childhood home, and additional seating continued on both the front and back patios, as well as around the family pool.[/field] She prepared a family style dinner to be served to each table, featuring the bride and groom’s favorite dishes.
[/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”]We designed a gorgeous wedding and kept in mind the colors of the room when choosing the canvas of the linens and chairs keeping to a neutral base. There was a fun element where the groom’s father sang some songs with the band. This kicked up the energy even more.
There were patterns brought to life on the table with multiple texture elements. She even sourced gorgeous silk white bows for the inner ceremony seats that were later moved to the headtable. Amanda from Embellished Weddings brought her expertise in decor and rentals, suggesting a stunning blush linen from Nuage Designs that echoed the 3D floral appliqus of my gown! Our biggest splurge on the wedding day was the flowers! Totally worth it, especially the flowers above the headtable and the stage. The flowers really tied together the entire wedding design. We used mirrored place cards, which matched our mirror welcome sign!
We brought in lucite/acrylic in with the chairs, headtable “acrylic” place mats, and lucite napkin rings. Lovelily Flowers over delivered in every area, but one of the top WOW moments was her headtable install we all dreamed up together. The cake was simple, with a little white texture added to it.

The bride wanted the headtable to feel as though you were dining amongst the flowers in an upside down garden. Together, Leila James Events and Stone Blossom designed a stunning, draping delphinium installation was added over the headtable, which created an extra pop of blue to the already breathtaking surroundings.

Hers: Skinny Margarita & His: Vodka, ginger ale, lemon & lime or as the groom likes to call it, his “Golf Cocktail.” The bride’s favorite flowers, Ranunculus & white tulips, were incorporated throughout the wedding florals. The dress was “Harper Gown” in the color steel blue stretch!

In the center of the room, coming straight from the dance floor toward the back of the room was the 32ft long kings table where the aisle pieces from ceremony were transferred and became the runner on top of this dramatic headtable. 6 other round tables flanked the headtable with sweet low centerpieces and more candles.
field] [field title=”Groomsman Attire”]Rob, unlike most grooms, was VERY involved! What he wore throughout the entire wedding weekend was important to him! Cake pops, brownies, churros, cookies, mini cupcakes, etc — and to top it off a CANDY BAR for everyone to take a little sweet treat home with them!
The aim was to create an elegant wedding celebration that was chic and eclectic with both traditional and contemporary French touches! field] [field title=”Proposal Story”] For the bride’s birthday, the groom said they’d be visiting Paris! The headtable was definitely the stand out!
[/field] [field title=”Florals & Decor”] D’marosay’s wedding vision was to include lots of textures over patterns- just like her gown! The headtables featured white jacquard linens, a favorite textile of the brides, and the guest tables featured an ivory overlay. Guests absolutely loved it!

The focal point headtable commanded attention with overhead floral globes, abundant garlands, and ample candlelight.[/field]
I found vintage peacocks at an antique store for the headtable, and used them in my invites and wedding signage. I wore my grandma’s vintage clip on earrings that my mom wore on her wedding day. And I picked a floral Monique Lhuillier wedding dress to go with my love of all things colorful and romantic.”[/field]
We chose an all-inclusive headtable with our wedding party to allow us to take in the celebration feeling like we were amongst everyone we love. The Mixology by Melissa team ensured the cocktails were personal to us and an experience all on their own. For us, our ceremony had to accomplish two things in this regard.

I loved the dainty and ethereal look of baby’s breath, which we incorporated into my bridesmaids bouquets, headtable runner and some tall “cloud” like table arrangements.
The room was flipped during cocktail time, so when you re-entered the reception, a long headtable sat where the original aisle was during the ceremony. We filled in a lush and long row of baby’s breath down the length of the table. It was the only proper setup for a cake that was so gorgeous!
Bridal bouquet white garden roses, peonies , tweedia , stock and delphinium Reception – Dining Cabanas the headtable dining cabanas were designed with a lush overhead floral installation of white orchids & botanical foliages and vines dripping over the tables.
The person who catches the bouquet is said to be married next Buck’s night- a gathering of the groom-to-be’s closest friends to celebrate their friendship and his upcoming marriage (also called a “bachelor party”) Buffet- a variety of dishes displayed on tables that guests can create their own plates from.
The focal point of the ceremony was the stunning floral arbor, which continued to dazzle guests behind the bride and groom at the headtable. This rounded arch was adorned with lush foliage, intertwining vines, and an array of blooming flowers, creating a truly enchanting and vibrant display.
Anything that I could have dream up in my head was right in front of me, so we just built upon it from the pocket gardens on the headtable to the greenery attached to all of the existing bistro lights. Tip: ask bridesmaids to save the extra fabric from alterations so it can be used on wedding day.
