Her ceremony look was completed with a cathedral-length veil she had the honor of sharing with her cousins on their respective wedding days, and, as a nod to her late maternal grandmother, Bailey wore a pair of pointy-toed heels and wrapped her grandmother’s pearl necklace, a wedding gift from her maternal grandfather, as a bracelet on her wrist.

When a couple wishes to marry each other, the groom will visit the brides family with very close family or friends and present the brides father with a hadag (blue silk scarf), silver cup, and other gifts, asking acceptance of the brides parents. We think it complemented both of my wedding gowns (ceremony and reception).
